The value they provide with their work for the price is fantastic.The flat bed scanner they have is huge and I believe can handle 36"x102" in dimension. For those that have a chunky style of painting, the machine can scan depth, reproducing the three dimensional image on a 2 dimensional surface near flawlessly.Impressive!”

“I have started using this as my go-to UPS store in Amarillo. Every single time I go in there (five times now) the employees are pleasant and helpful. I never feel like they are rushing me--or that I'm annoying them--with any transaction no matter how busy they are. And, even when they are busy they still manage to work through the line of customers as quickly as can be expected. Shipping anything can be a frustrating process these days, no matter where you go, so I am happy to say my stress level is the lowest here out of any other UPS store I've used (and waaaay better than the post office by far. Ugh.).”

When preparing to move to Amarillo, I emailed them and DANEE' communicated with me making the whole process very easy. She was very informative, courteous and positive via email and by phone.Even now, 8 months later when I or my daughters go in to pick up packages, check the mailbox or anything else... Danee' is always respectful, upbeat and helpful. One of the other ladies, possibly the manager I'm not sure... Even helped my husband and I move several heavy large furniture packages that we had delivered there that we loaded into our U-Haul. She never complained about it, just handled it professionally and we got the job done asap. The staff as a whole is cordial and efficient with great service. “Great Service, but overall wouldn’t tend to use UPS again. Overpriced for absolutely no reason. Wouldn’t let me pack my own box nor by tape. Money isn’t always an issue but along with shipping was 60+ for 7 pounds total of items. Rather use the post office for more reasonable source of assistance”
