Wow! Disappointing experience to say the least!! The person that drew my blood never introduced herself, didn't verify my name or birthday, didn't explain what she was doing... just poked me in the arm. Besides blood, the order included a urine test. I had to point that out to her, she hadn't even looked at the orders and was going to send me on my way without collecting a sample! I worked in the medical field for 40 years and I can tell you, they did everything WRONG!I read a response to a complaint that PPL takes issues seriously! PPL, you have a serious issue here!!

This could be the place with the worst customer service in Amarillo. Its been over a month and my labs are not back. They promise callbacks and never follow through. Half of the people that work there are clueless.

Horrible phone manners! I understand collecting for a bill but do not ask me a question if I have received it I have answered no because I have not received the bill and you want to start an argument and say you’re putting it on my credit report when I have never received a bill instead of doing the right thing and sending me a bill for me to pay it. It was only $45 so it’s not an issue but customer service would have gotten it paid today but instead they need to send me a bill and me actually receive it before I pay it !
