Needed a trailer tire and this guy has taken an hour and still counting. My company approved the work as soon as I got here in the shop. He is just walking around and then he will stand in one spot for a while. This shop is never busy and I understand why. I’ll never come back here.

The fuel island convenience store was selling burritos with no expiration date stamped on them. The clerk did not know how long they had been on the shelf but said, "If it didn't taste right bring it back and I will exchange it for another". Really? You just let the customer try it out to see if it is still safe to eat?

Well it was the worst truck stop shower I’ve ever had. It was 32 bucks for 2 shower. I didn’t notice untell the end but there was no towels in the bathroom. There was trash in the bathroom trash can so I’m pretty sure it was never clean. Then to top it off my car was ran sacked thru when I was in shower an when I came back in to store they were rude to me about it. I love petro but this one might make me not stop there again .

I wouldn't recommend their mechanical shop. I went in on 30 August 2023 to get it replaced, and when I hooked back up to my trailer, they reversed the service line for emergency line. I couldn't move the trailer. I had to call an experienced mobile mechanic to do the job right. He related that he always gets these calls because TA PETRO hires incompetents in the shop.Never will they get business from me again.

Imagine working for America ?? your a hungry you pull over they get you a soup and don’t even bring your food out but still give u your ticket and say “sorry for the wait on your food “ if that’s not the worse customer care experience I’ve had yet last time I go to this IRON skillet 0-10 stars if possible lucky I didn’t drop my orange juice across the counter sorry this

Came in this evening to get a trailer tire and repair work done to a carhauler. Many shops dislike working on our equipment. Young guy (mechanic) Chase wasn't afraid to tackle the job. Fixed what we call the bat wings. And fixed them to just about perfect. Thanks very much. From the time I arrived, front desk staff was polite n professional. Drivers waiting area was clean comfortable and accommodating. This was a pleasant pit stop .
