JUST shopped here today, 06-28-2024 and was unable to find a single employee in the whole store to help get crickets and superworms that we came here for. The girl with the tattoos and the nasty attitude at the checkout counter made it VERY clear that it's the customers responsibility to grab their own bugs. So I guess it's a free for all on the bugs at this location so come on and load your pockets because employees here will not lift a snotty finger to assist the customers. I will very happily pay more at Gish Pros where I actually get service.

Petco in Amarillo, TX not posting dog food purchases on their app in order to get free bag of dog food. Been buying for a year and a half and they said I still have 7 bags to buy. Don't think so. Going to take my business elsewhere.

The cashier Spenser was standing there playing on her phone while we were standing there waiting to be acknowledged. She looked at us then continued and finished up on her phone before she finally proceeded to check us out. Very unprofessional but the other staff were very friendly and asked us if we needed help finding anything.

The return was quick & ez. The employee is a kind & patient person, but can I add they had the worst body oder I had ever smelled. I totally understand not wanting to use deodorant with harmful aluminum, but they work with the public. I don't feel this should be allowed.

Went there for fish supplies. Found out they have great reward program. Gives you 15% discount and $5 credit each month. Now we buy online with the discount and pickup later. We get live fish. Not too expensive but they have 50/50 survival rate. I believe they have 30 day guarantee but we haven't pursued that. The store is clean and well-organized. Staff is friendly and lines don't get too long. Always a pleasant shopping experience.

Didn't really have what we were looking for, but still a good place. Don't get the small packaged water lilies, they are not good, possibly dead in the package.
