My recent visit to Party Stop was nothing short of frustrating, earning it a well-deserved one-star rating. The first issue was their decision to close indoor browsing, forcing customers to use the drive-thru. This change significantly limits the shopping experience and makes it difficult to browse their selection.
The service, or lack thereof, exacerbated the situation. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I found the sole employee on duty was out back smoking, leading to an unnecessary wait at the window. When I finally got the chance to ask about their selection of allocated bourbons, the response was appalling. I was told I couldn't inquire about specific items unless my personal details were in their system. Reluctantly, I provided my information, only to be informed briskly that they had no allocated bourbon.
What's worse, even after making it clear that I was no longer interested, the employee continued to berate me with a list of rules about how she couldn't assist me in finding what I needed. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store.
Overall, my experience at Party Stop was a complete letdown. The combination of poor service, unaccommodating policies, and an overall unwelcoming atmosphere makes it a place I will be sure to avoid in the future. It's disappointing to see a business not only waste a customer's time but also treat them with such disrespect.

Drive Thru only STILL? I've had no problems at any of the other locations. I like to go in to look to see what's in stock, and if I can't find it in-store, I know the people at the other locations will check around for me. The stores off of Western & Hillside and 45th & Coulter are always helpful and friendly, this store prefers to keep their doors locked or tell people to leave, that they're drive thru only.

If you want to loose your time go there! It's open but the door is lock and you cant go in..dont waist your time and go else where! Shame on you for making waist my time. No party here!

They answer the phone and hang up. Then when you call back, they will not pick up. Not good customer service!

I don't like the fact it is only drive thru. You can't go in the store. When I buy any kind of liquor I want to go in the store and look and read the labels of what I buy.
