They just cancelled our reservation without giving any explanations at all and they sudden increased rates online.

When you book a room and arrive at the hotel for check in, they say they’re sold out and have to cancel. They say you have to pay regular price. They are using the Priceline app just to get people to show up. Completely unhappy.

Have been trying to get them to release the deposit and the owner is not responding to any emails nor calls from the bank. The room and staff are great however due to the professionalism of the owner I will not be staying here again.
