The guys here were a big help when I limped in with a bad alternator. I was able to get the old alternator out in the parking lot, swap for a new one, and get back on the road after a jump.

I went in with a 2013 path finder with the license plate lights burned out . I was on my way to Colorado, and this young lady( I apologize to you for losing you name I ask for ) she went far and beyond to help me . I had just got warning to get it fix. This young lady literally removed all the panel from the back n even purchased the clip remover, and changed the bulbs out for me. She got me out of a bad situation, and I wish I could remember your name because you deserve to be mentioned by name. Thank you. You are what makes O'reilly's stand out . The young man that was with her that night didn't lift his eyes from his phone while she did all of the above . Thank you again I appreciate you greatly. Very satisfied customer Celso C

Me and my mom went to get a new headlight bulb & when we asked the white guy with Orange mustache and beard to help us out he rolled his eyes & said he couldn't. My mom figured it out on her own in 5 mins since his lazy bitter self couldnt help. Why work at a auto part store if you are too lazy to do anything.. might as well work at the Mcdonalds down the street ?Pretty sure he just did not get some the night before lol.
