Self serve printer was out of order only one available, long line of folks waiting, dirty floor, smelled of gym socks in there. The Girl at the counter was not helpful in assisting, she said it would be next day to print off two papers for me, and would charge extra since it's not self serve. I ended up driving to the local library it's way cheaper anyway!

My first and only experience with this was the rude little snob ?blocker boy that was very belittling infront of his supervisor and the lady that was assisting me with my business.
Officer fedex came over as I was paying for shipping and a package label he rudely came and picked up my personal belongings and started insisting for information about what I was sending back to my company. Then after wasting 20 minutes of my time desperately looking for a reason to not let me mail my package he found a loophole in his rules as if he were the lawyer that was able to keep OJ Simpson on the streets, he showed this small piece of literature to his supervisor and rudely says as he smirks at everyone in the room "well the answer to that is no right here". And it was 2 batteries that he had no business even knowing about them. Very rude service from a very rude fragile small guy.

There's a little blonde girl who is so helpful, friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable who works in there. I look forward to seeing her during my visits.

I am always asked when entering the store if I need help. I didn’t need help the last time I went in but I have certainly needed it several times before. I appreciate being asked.

I was thinking how much I liked this place, until I went to the restroom and found three empty rolls of TP. It looks like everyone is using the toilet seat covers for TP, not to mention the bathroom is absolutely filthy. Plus, the one item I bought was in the wrong place with a lower price. **reply to the response from Office Depot- Not sure why I should need to email this info to you. My review is on the specific store at 2622 Wolflin Vlg, Amarillo, TX 79109.
