“There’s an employee named Magic (Mike), who was absolutely phenomenal. He spent extra time to help teach me about an outdoor faucet I was trying to fix that wasn’t turning off. He was very much a “dad type” but absolutely patient and wonderful explaining it all to me. Never once made me feel d*** or silly for not knowing. He was helpful and kind. The kind of person who obviously wants a customer to succeed in fixing whatever they are trying to do. I wish more employees were more like him.”
“If you need paint match Mia is excellent. Has a good eye for subtle difference and then knows how to make the correct adjustment even when the match machine is acting up. Very pleasant as well.”
