This company T-Mobile and Metro are not compliant with their clients. My pH that I received should never been patenned much less distribute this oneph in particular. They will not provide another pH that will work properly. I'm on a government program ask for my phone to be set up properly it wasn't, it's been nothing short of a total nightmare. was with these people and cannot get this matter resolved. When it comes to the government programs these companies do not care how they handle it. The name of this particular pH is (WIKO VOIX). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE FIRST OF ALL OR THESE PHONE COMPANIES.
IM ASHAMED OF THEM AND DO NOT MIND MAKING THE PUBLIC AWARE OF THIS. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THEM. THEY DO NOT CARE PERIOD. CALLED THIS MORNING TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THE PERSON WAS SUPPOSE TO GET HIS SUPERVISER ON THE LINE I WAITED FOR A LENGHTY AMOUNT OF TIME THEN THEY CONVIENTLY HUNG UP. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT FOLLOW TROUGH. THEY WILL FLAT LIE TO YOU. TO WHOM EVER CONSIDERING THIS PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PICK ANOTHER COMPANY OTHER THAN THESE. SERIOUSLY AND SOINCERELY TO YHE PUBLIC.

I just left this store & even though on the phone she told me I could get a tablet for $20 when I got to the store the deal was $20 for a tablet only if you're already a customer when I told her I needed a phone and a tablet she told me that I couldn't even get a phone for less than $160 a month. Really the girl just didn't want to work I will be taking my complaints to the BBB and elsewhere. Beware if you try to go here they're lazy. Update: I received a response from someone within the company & was told to send an email so we could discuss the complaint. I did so 2 weeks ago, to this day no response. Worst company ever & there are too many to choose from to try to get this one to do what they should!!

I’ve been with with these guys nearly two yrs. I’ve got two lines and haven’t had a problem until a couple of days ago. I texted my problem on a feedback text they sent me. One day later I was contacted by the owner. He told what he was willing to do to make it right. One hr later I was very satisfied. I couldn’t ask for better service. Never had a phone provider go as far as these guys to make something right
