I was very disappounted wuth the service i recieved. I had spent days trying to get my new device connected then was told by a live agent to visit a local store to recieve a sims card free of charge. It took them abiut 30 to 45 mins to figure out hiw to get my phone up working. I was never charged while in stire for the sims or ever told there would be a charge. I woke the the next morning with a new device charge on my account and they disconnected my service. All this while visiting this store it seems emphoyees need to learn how to communicate with customers about issues that would effect them after leaving the store. Why go to al the trouble to get my phone working jut to have it turned off hours later. Bith employees were sitting on the floor when we entered the store also. With all this extra time they couñd use it to obtain better knowledge of their jobs or even fir employer to administor training. Will not even visit this store again

07/29/22 - Although very disappointed with MetroPCS and the EXTREME difficulty finding a store with a working phone I could call (!), the young man who answered the phone here and, later, who served me, did a great job of customer service. While MetroPCS gets a dismal 2 stars overall, this location and their employees get a 5 star rating.VERDICT: METROPCS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING OVERALL, BUT THIS LOCATION IS WELL RECOMMENDED.
