The whole point in not having a contract is not being bound to contractual agreements. Either they going be t-mobile the with long-term contracts or they gone be metro pcs pay as you go. But they can't be both.

I had an issue with my phone, after calling the customer service line, I was directed to go to a Metro store for assistance. I ended up going to 2 Metro locations, a T-Mobile location as well as a Cricket location and all customer service representatives were looking at my issue as if it were rocket science. Finally, I ended up going to another Metro location after another customer service rep. refused to assist. Sam was the customer service rep who was able to assist and was extremely friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Thank you Sam! I was about to give up with Metro PCS.

Been with metro for years like their service very knowledgeable people but I don't understand some of people they hire maybe from India or other countries language hard to understand so when I walk in and see or heard them talk I leave go to another metro place I just don't have the time to repeat my self and they still don't get it

Terrible service, I paid for my line yesterday and those who attended to me, I don't know what they said, they added some tables without my consent and I contacted 611 and they told me that there they told me the move, if they don't solve it, I will report it, I went to open them and they told me I won't pay anymore.

Need more staff when their busy for people paying just to make payment and more locations on the north side of town one big they have is a staff and have experience in customer service and make you feel great visiting them like they do

It's super hot inside the store, they don't have air conditioning and I felt very bad because of the heat. It is too Hot inside no a/c. Poor workers sweating and suffering from heat. This is not good for me to do business.

Every since T-mobil got involved it is not prepaid phone service. Which means you may as well sign up with a company that has perks with the contracts!

Can't call almost any of the stores in Amarillo, but the east Blvd one does answer and boy ol boy is the girl that answered so damn rude it's unbelievable
