Give them your phone number and they don't use it. Doubt they called at all!! I called twice to check the status and was told we will call you!! Never got a phone call!!! Picked what service I wanted and told the Guy I left my keys with something else I wanted checked! Nothing that I requested was done. Just told me you need a transmission that is more than my car is worth! I think they assumed I would buy a new one!! Never from them buying this one from them was a huge mistake!!!

Brayden from McGavock Nissan spoke with me at length and kept me up until nearly midnight discussing a car I told him I would like to purchase. I told him I really needed the car and could be there first thing in the morning before any of his other appointments. He made an appointment with me with a selling price of 19,995. TEN MINUTES BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT the next morning he decided to change the price on me to 21,000. When I told him I thought it unprofessional and that he should honor the price he blamed his manager. When I called the dealership the secretary WOULD NOT send me through to the manager until I explained in detail what I wanted. She was very short with me. THEN I got hung up on. When I FINALLY got to speak with the manager he said Brayden was being dishonest and the price was actually 24,000 and it had been listed that way from the beginning on his end. I told Brayden I would look elsewhere for a car as I didn't want to associate with a company that treats their clients this way and he said GOOD LUCK!! These people do NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Spend your money somewhere else. THERE'S PLENTY.

I was reading reviews and it looked like this...Dorian guy didn't have one good thing about him and guess who got him? i did. And when I pulled into the bay, I told him exactly what I needed, which was to replace my cabin filter, oil change, oil filter, and then a tire rotation. About 15 minutes later, I got a call saying that he had told someone I need a new wipers and a state inspection. I have Colorado plates, and if you didn't know, Colorado does not require state inspections. when I was paying, they told me that they called the wrong person which was false because they asked if it was me before they said that I needed wipers and all this other bullshit. Dorian is shady. The service department is also shady. I do not recommend at all stay the fuck away.

Took my Nissan frontier for a timing chain problem that Firestone had diagnosed to get fixed. Talked to Dorien and was told i had to get diagnosis by Nissan because they do not take Firestone word on any repairs. I agreed to diagnostics. I had already told Dorien what parts had been changed on vehicle. He comes back with diagnosis of me having to change same parts because supposedly my mechanic didnt change the parts. After they supposedly fix it i take vehicle and not even 10 miles and same code comes back on. I take back. They re do diagnostics and again they tell me another part that had been recently changed. Again i pay to have it changed. And again not even 10 miles and code comes back on. I talk to Ben the service dept manager and he wants to charge me $1900 for timing chain that Firestone had already diagnosed yet i have already paid $1500 on previous parts they made me change again plus the first set of part i had already paid a different mechanic to do. Now Ben wants me to pay $355 more to fix my timing chain however i already purchased timing chain and all it hadve to be would be labor. This company is a disgrace. I thought of taking it there since they are supposedly certified in Nissan vehicles. They just guess what might be problem and the manager is also now declining my calls. Now i need to contact upper management to have all this fixed.

I bought my car here during COVID. It is a used Toyota, it was a trade in, and I got a great price. I drove all the way from C, just to buy it, from Scotty Short. I now live in Amarillo, and am loving learning more about my car, even though, it is 7 years old. The features of this 2014 Toya Avalon, Touring edition, are impeccable! Heated front seats, a massage option for the driver, etc. Thank you Scotty, for keeping your eye on the best deal out there for me, a college graduate, who is on a budget. Your services are much appreciated.

Used car sales:The old saying "Buyer beware" is so true. Robin led us to believe the radio would be fixed on a used Sentra. She did not make it clear that we would have to repair/replace the radio at our own expense. She didn't return calls and the manager refused to talk to me but instead referred me back to Robin who claims she never told us the radio would be fixed at their expense. After the sale, the service department wanted $180 just to diagnose, but their guess on the phone was as new radio for $1800. At best she was vague and misleading. At worst just lying. Make sure you get everything in writing, because these guys are worse than most used car dealers.

We were traveling through Amarillo when our transmission died. They were very Courteous friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend anybody to stop in for a car purchase or repair. We chose to do a repair and they were priced fairly as we checked a couple options. Glad they were there to help us. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
