“I have started using this as my go-to UPS store in Amarillo. Every single time I go in there (five times now) the employees are pleasant and helpful. I never feel like they are rushing me--or that I'm annoying them--with any transaction no matter how busy they are. And, even when they are busy they still manage to work through the line of customers as quickly as can be expected. Shipping anything can be a frustrating process these days, no matter where you go, so I am happy to say my stress level is the lowest here out of any other UPS store I've used (and waaaay better than the post office by far. Ugh.).”

“Danee was working in the store by herself. Her coworker was at lunch. She was taking care of a freight delivery, answering the phone and had a line of about 8 people. Despite this pressure packed situation she was very friendly, efficient and patient. She treated each customer like they were her only customer in the store. Doing so promptly with a smile on her face for everyone! Few people can maintain such a customer focused service experience in a hectic environment. She did so effortlessly!”

Walking 12-15 miles a day to deliver your mail, working early in the morning, to late at night, in all sorts of weather... they also deliver your AMAZON packages on the weekends for you! Walked in with a literal laundry basket full and Stefanie was so patient, helpful, and kind! She went above and beyond to help me sort it all out and never acted annoyed at all.
