My daughter, granddaughter and I went to shop at Lillie's Boutique. The young ladies working there were extremely rude. We were the only ones in the store and not one of them talked to us and asked us if we needed a fitting room. Three different people walked in after us and they were all greeted with, "welcome in." We made our purchase and went across the street and loved the customer service there. We will never return to Lillie's boutique. Zero stars for customer service

I think I had a wort on my nose.. Not a friendly place but it was ok, I didn’t find anything I liked anyway. I scooped up the goods across the street.

My husband bought me a Christmas present and had difficulty getting service on the first visit, went to return Christmas present due to not fitting, attempted multiple times to get the 2 store personal to assist but became frustrated as I could not keep their attention. Finally asked to get a cash refund but was told I could only exchange or receive in store credit, chose to exchange as I will never shop at this store again. I entered a boutique but have been treated better at Walmart

The owner is so kind, helpful, & professional! This locally-owned boutique goes out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for. They were out of my size in a few things but instantly offered to call me when my size came in. plus hold them for me until I could arrive to pick up. I will definitely shop here again.

I went in earlier this week and my daughter and I had the best time shopping. We aren't from here and when we looked up boutiques in Amarillo, this one popped up and it was the first one we went into. Great clothes and the girls are so fun. We will definitely be back ladies

Update: I originally left two stars because the boutique is cute, however, as I was sitting in the parking lot they ran out and told me they had contacted the owner and she'd offered me 20% off. Which is still not close to the original price on the tag. Their business mistake is not my fault as the customers and sometimes you have to pay for your mistake if you want to be a standup business owner. This owner chose not to do that. Disappointing. The shirt was marked up 55% from the original tag.I found a super cute shirt. When they gave me the total it was higher than expected. The shirt had two tags attached and they would not honor the lower tag price displayed in their store! Very poor business practice. Lovely, cute clothes but I doubt I'll go back or recommend the boutique if that is how they run the business.

This boutique is very cute and all, but i had an issue with guest service. I bought a dress for my graduation and soon found out my friend got the same one. I wanted to get a different one and return the dress. I called ahead of time and they said they would do it and give me store credit. I brought the dress in and realized it didn’t have its tag. I went back home and had found the tag and receipt undamaged. The tag was originally on the dress with a safety pin, so I just put it back on. I have never wore the dress and just look the pin off to try it on. I go back to the store to do the return for store credit to be turned away. I was told that they can not do the return, because the tag was taken off. I don’t understand why this is so. The tag was put back on, just as found it and nothing is wrong with the dress. If i never came in the first time, they would have never known about the tag. This puts me in a difficult situation, as I spent a pretty penny on this dress and now it will never be wore. I understand there is policy, but they would have never known the tag was off as it is on a safety pin just like I bought it. The boutique did not seem to care and did nothing to help.I would also like it to be noted that came on the short time of 7 days, as that is their policy! In other words I feel that I was not cared for as a customer.I never write reviews but i feel mistreated as a customer. it is a great shop but this became a problemI understand there is a policy, but i would think there would be some care. I am high school student wanting a dress for graduation and I took the pin off to try it on, but after showing a friend she said she has the same one. I just wanted to get something different, but now i have a wasted dress. I am more upset and disappointed that I wasted money and i am unable to use the money towards something else i liked on the store. This makes it hard to shop as i do not feel cared for as a customer..

Interesting assortment but wildly different in quality. Staff not masked January 2021 and seemed offhand and a bit rude. Return policy above seems draconian during COVID when people can be locked in 2 weeks!

Their return policy is only a week, 7 days! This is such a disservice to their customers. I wasn’t even offered in-store credit. So if you plan on spending your money here be sure you like it. I won’t be back, I try to always support local businesses, but was very disappointed today!

Everytime I have gone in it doesn’t surprise me that the service is awful. The prices are three times as much as any other boutique to and barely have enough clothing!! We Went in this week, didn’t get a greeting when We walked in, walked around the store for a while & never got a dressing room but all the girls there except one with redish hair, didn’t hesitate to stop chatting in their little circle at the counter!! When I was ready to pay the “manager” totally ignored me until I had to ask if I can pay, & that is when I got a “Hello, yes!” When I was leaving & asked for the name of the girl which was Molli, the one I asked played like she didn’t know who or what the problem was. This really did it for me, as me & my friend left we just laughed because we as locals no the rep this store holds just thought it would be different. We were the only ones in the store to! Moving forward, always greet your customers & provide help, number one rule for customer service!

Every time I go in I had a good experience till recently. I’ve left another not good review on here and they deleted it I guess, my daughter as well, They are a good store I just wish they had better staff help. Very under ridden. Might give them one more try.

I love this store.They always have so many cute shoes for a reasonable price and they actually carry my size!! I have such a tiny foot so it’s hard to find cute shoes that fit. Thank Goodness Lilie’s usually has my size in stock! I never have anything bad to say about this place! ☺️

My daughter and I absolutely love Lillies! Products are great quality and fairly priced, the staff is so sweet and helpful without being pushy, and we always find something there that we love. They have clothing for every occasion.
