I recently took my RV to the Gemlake location and my experience was really good. Customer service is a really big thing with me. Gemlake Mavis was awesome,when I called to get information the manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. Once I made it to the Gemlake location she made sure that I was taking care of. I've decided to make this my preferred location.

I can't remember the last time I had to take any of my vehicles into the shop for work, but they all need State required registration safety inspection. Been going to these folks for years. They're close, courteous, I've have never had to wait. I'm talkin' wham, bam, Thank You Sir and I'm outta there.

The only place in town to go to get your brakes checked and tires rotated. I’ve been taking in my 1976 International Scout for the past year and obviously I wouldn’t just trust this machine with just anybody. Also worth mentioning one of the fellows in charge up there, Ty, is always very kind, polite, and professional. Kudos Mavis Tires & Brakes! Keep up the spectacular service.

These guys were great, we had a puncture on a tire early Saturday morning, took the wheel and tire into them and they took care of us quickly and patched the tire for fair rate. Landon help us out and was very professional. They even put the spare tire back in it’s correct spot the dealership didn’t even do that for us before.

Took my daughters car due to a flat. We bought 4 new tires for her car about a year ago… maybe a little less. They claimed that they can not fix it due to the tire being no good. They want us to buy 2 new tires for the front. I said no just fix the flat and they said no. She drives to and from school and to and from work. The tires are perfectly fine. They just want to sell new tires. We go to them all the time and even send them business. I am pretty upset with their service in this matter. They are under new management but we definitely did not have a problem when Landon and Terry were there.

Fast efficient preventative maintenance mechanic shop. Highly recommend these guys. They have the best prices for tires their staff is very knowledgeable, and they have real mechanics. It's nice knowing my car is in good hands.

Great experience today. Noah and Audrey helped me with new breaks and rotors. I'd definitely recommend Mavis to anyone. I didn't have an appointment, but they still got me fixed up pretty quickly.

Noah is AMAZING at customer service. I drove there in a hail storm and, even though they were short staffed, he made time for me. He did the work on my vehicle HIMSELF even when he didn’t have to. This is why I always take my vehicles to them. They do an honest job and take care of their customers. In todays world, that’s hard to find. He deserves a raise. Thank you Noah! I highly recommend this place.

Came in last week for a flat repair and was informed that my shocks and struts were leaking. Brought it back in when I had some more time, and they fixed up my Tahoe in just a little over an hour. Which is QUICK compared to what most shops quoted me on time. Mavis was by far the best priced from all the quotes I received as well.

Hit something on my way to Washington. Needed a new tire. Stopped in here and ended up just getting them all replaced since the prices and services are great. They even hooked me up with some sweet new wiper blades I can test out when I get to the coast!
