Absolutely wonderful experience with Heather yesterday!! We called Knapp Business Solutions based on the fact that they are a Ramsey trusted company and it was simply an outstanding experience. Heather was so down to earth, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra time needed to help. Talking to Heather was like chatting with a friend or at the very least a small town business down the road - like the business down the road that everyone knows is the best in town and has gone to for generations, to be clear. I discovered KBS through the Ramsey Solutions Trusted Services. They helped me through complex taxes with a new company and discovered more tax savings with my personal return than what I’d done previously. They also provide me with book keeping and payroll services. They are well organized and always available to help if I do not understand why or how things are done. I recommend them to anyone.

My experience with this company was not pleasant and cost me over $30,000 lost. I brought to the attention of the tax leader that he omitted valid deduction, as usual, him was arrogant and contradicted himself. I think he was more upset that I have no need for their other services. Please stay away.

This is the best company around. Quality service and attention to details. They go above and beyond for their clients. They help you with every aspect of doing business and do the heavy lifting for you. They're not just a tax company. Their professional services are transparent, fast, and painless. If you're looking for a professional service this is where you do business. I've been using them for almost a decade now it was the best decision I ever made.

I usually do my family's taxes myself but my daughter is going to college on a full athletic scholarship which includes food/housing/clothes so she's basically getting paid to go to college. I contacted Ramsey Solutions, who I love, and Knapp was the ELP who contacted me through their link. They charged me over $1200 and I had to tell them how to do my taxes. I just really needed to know what to do with my daughter's 1098t. Now I have 2 local tax accounts because my ss# was wrong twice. I still have tax bills coming in from 2 different states. They said they could do taxes for every state. Not true. I had to tell them to include my income on my local taxes because they had only included my husband's. Long story short, I am still dealing with this tax mess 6 months later. Back to my tax software. This was a huge waste of money. I don't even have deductions. Just straight up standard! The staff was nice. That's why they got 2 stars.

We had Knapp for our payroll taxes and accounting what a nightmare we have now dug into payroll we have thousands in fines they never filed with each state we also paid fines for late taxes filed this has been a disaster NEVER USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE AWFUL does anyone know who to report them too? They forced us to pay the filing for our personal taxes even tho they did not file and held our payroll from our employees until we paid even tho they had nothing to do with each other they are liars cheaters and fraudulent

I would never use Knapp again they held our accounts hostage including payroll and did not file information properly for payroll we paid on time and begged them for help! I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life! The lack of knowledge and misinformation is unbelievable and borderline malpractice! We were tossed around the office to multiple different accountants one got fired at one point the amount of misinformation including being told we had to pay and didn't a huge amount! But what really ended it all was the lack of human compassion about making sure our companies employees got paid is what made me write this review! I would never recommend this company and the sad thing is it was highly recommended to by a previous friend

I have loved my experience working with Knapp. I liked how helpful and patient they were across the board. I also really appreciated the return overview and explainer video as it was nice to have that overview along with the year-over-year comparison. I think this company is certainly worth doing business with!

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They set us up for tax planning ($400), told us that our taxes would be included then did not contact or for 6 months. I figured they would get back in touch when tax season started so didn’t think much of it. Then when tax season starts they said oh well your taxes are not actually included that will be another $400 to get started. (They eventually dropped the charge for this). After this they do our taxes and when it’s like 5 days before tax season ends they say “oh we need another $800 to give you your taxes”. Very unprofessional, seems like they are just a money grabbing scam. Cannot wait to be done with them.
