Was told 6-8 weeks, no let’s try 4-5 months. I understand mistakes happen, but when you are the business that makes a mistake and then treats the customer poorly; that’s just ridiculous. 1 star because at least the jacket that finally came in looks nice.

Unfortunately I I HAVE to give 1 star! This so called company doesn't deserve that! They gave my cousin the run around was VERY rude and now she is out $500!! She works very hard for her kids and is one of the BEST mother's I know. She and her daughter did not deserve to be treated this way! Graduation is suppose to be a happy time parents can't get precious moments like these back. Sadly you've left a horrible impression! Thanks alot for being a pest! Learn to respect others and treat people the way you would want to be treated!

First and foremost I wouldn't recommend this business for doing graduation for your child the supervisor at the local store is rude and very disrespectful & even pulled the race card on me (very sad)I placed a order for my daughter weeks ago and still haven't received the full product but they were happy enough to take my money. I had to show my teeth to even get my refund... So thank you Jostens I now have to last minute things because they couldn't and did not care to hold up their end of the bargain... No stars are deserved here I've received better customer service from McDonald's..

For starters they don't even deserve 1 star. After getting the run around for weeks on my son's class ring and cap and gown. When I called they said it was in so when I went to pick it up the next day they couldn't find it. Then they tried handing me just some random gown and told me the would call me when they found our stuff and I told them I wanted the actual cap and gown we ordered. Then they tried telling my husband that u refused the cap and gown. I DO NOT recommend them what so ever.!!! They need to be more organized and admitt when they are wrong.

My daughters ring didn’t come in. During her ring ceremony they knew her ring wasn’t there and made my daughter stand with her class and show a freaking companion ring and to top it off she didn’t even want to open the box and put the ring on for a class pic. He told her repeatedly that for her to put it on and smile. He’s some a** piece of s***!!!! Never again. We setup a payment plan auto pay. Was never told that payments weren’t going thru. Never received any emails or calls until 3days prior the ceremony. Promised ring was going to b here 1wk. It’s been 2 months and nothing. This place sux!!!!!

The photo cards we ordered were cut crooked and the words were cut off. We are trying to find out a delivery date for the invitations and they won't help us. They told us something different than they told the school. We probably won't get the invitations until a week before graduation. They refused to give us a refund on the invitations even though they have not printed yet. The owner of the local store here was really rude.

My daughter opened an empty ring box at her Ring Ceremony. The company doesn’t know what happened and didn’t even tell us prior that she would not be receiving a ring. She was embarrassed and sad that everyone else had a ring but her. The entire family came to the ring ceremony to see her view her ring only to find an empty box. I wouldn’t even give a star for this service. Then after calling the store to locate or have a time frame or tracking number was told they get hundreds of rings and do not track each ring and it’s not their fault she didn’t have her ring. No tracking on $650 ring. I’m so disappointed and truly hurt for my daughter’s experience. I also received an email 4 days prior saying her jewelry had arrived and to be at the ceremony for pick up of the ring. This was a horrible experience and customer service did not exist.

Do not use them I'm a month away from graduation still have nit received anything we ordered back in October we paid everything up front almost $900 still nothing they won't return my phone calls or anything parents don't use them

Spent quite a bit of money with this place and still missing announcements When graduation is in 2 months They advised they had an issue with the shipment and would email me never received an email this was over a month ago and I'm still waiting Yes I got the rest of my items at different times Never received everything I ordered onlineI ordered from them online And they never delivered any of my items at my address like I Set up on my online order They decided they would wait almost a year after I ordered To bring it to the school all at one time and still missing ItemsThis company should make sure that the parents Are not going through a stressful time this is an exciting time and they act like it's my fault

DO NOT ORDER FROM ANY SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN THE AMARILLO AREA!The sales representative I dealt with was Todd Morgan and he is unorganized & lacks attention to detail.From the very first occurrence, he kept messing up my order form and scratching all over it. I told him I wanted a new one filled out because the person who entered it won’t be able to understand it because of all the mistakes and scratched out parts. He said, “oh no, don’t worry about it. I personally put these in the systems & I understand my own writing.”Well, apparently not! He entered two orders to be debited from my account when I only ordered ONE! And it’s down hill from there. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY, I call Todd’s office & he is never there & won’t return calls. I call customer service & they say Todd has my order blocked so they can’t fix or make changes so, I have to call his office directly to fix it. So, I do once more, & the assistants say they can’t do anything about it. I finally get it fixed a week & half later! So, new month & new incorrect invoice. Same stuff happens. And again, TODD NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, customer service can’t do anything. NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY. The new problem this month was that they showed I owed 2 payments instead of 1 because it showed I never paid in the beginning. Well my bank statement says otherwise.Bottom line! NEVER order from TODD OR BRANDY TO PLACE YOUR JOSTENS ORDER. Order DIRECTLY FROM ONLINE!!!I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
