I received some of the best service on my heating air-conditioning install from the time I called for the quote on my HVAC system. Till the time I had my Heater and Air conditioner installed. I would highly recommend Home Depot services

They are awful! They don't care about helping you or about having your business! The two female cashiers didn't even bat an eye when I just left my cart and walked out.

This Home Depot is always very well maintained and stocked. I'm almost always greeted and directed to what I need. Most employees are very knowledgeable or willing to look something up if they don't know.

We were told our new washer and dryer would be delivered today! My husband took half the day off work to wait for them to arrive and they didnt even have the courtesy to call til the end of the day to tell us that the trailer our new machines were on broke, and wont be delivered til their next available delivery date! Which is more than likely a whole wk from now! Very irritating.... especially since we have been without a washer for 2 wks now! we were the last delivery for the day and apparently they were picked up by another truck but the truck went back to Lubbock instead of finishing the delivery!!

I would give this place -20 if I could. Gracie at self checkout accused us of stealing today. All because we met our limit on the debit card and had to wait for the bank to release. Then she was so mad she literally kept trying to make us pay for two doors when we only had one. We will NEVER step foot in this location again and we will make sure others know as well.

Had ordered a tool chest online & my boss was the one to pick it up. When he picked it up was told that the chest was damaged but I I wasn't happy I could bring it back.......... 1st ? in my head why would someone let a damaged product leave the store so I called to speak to a manager. Great thing I did Billy was excellent understanding my situation he got me a discount & transferred to Noah! From a bad experience to being treated right I have them 5 stars!! Only thing for future if you think there is a problem don't let it leave the store!! Thank you Billy, Ruben & Noah for great customer service!!!

the cars are kept by the exits , pumpkin display is where the carts used to be. aisles between the seasonal displays are too close for a cart to pass through. store was dirty. the manager on duty was awesome and very helpful, he went and got me my car and was very gracious. store has went downhill for 2 years now. was my favorite.

The kitchen and bath in this store agreed to remodel my grandmothers bathroom. They came in a ripped her old shower out and began to install the new one when the workers realized they had brought the wrong one. They left saying they would be back with the right one, that was the middle of May! It's now September and still no word and the shower is still ripped out!

We just had 3 doors delivered to our house and wonder when some one is going to have some customer service. First we were told they would deliver after 8:00 but it was delivered at 6:50. Then we are told he can bring them in the house even put them by the door. So what was the point of having them delivered and paying $79. He left them on a pallet in the front of our yard. I continue to wonder were customer service is and if anyone will return .

I've been in Home Depots where clerks seemed to be walking by all the time and would always stop and ask you if you needed any help finding something unless they were busy helping another customer. There seemed to be a shortage of service people here. I also saw clusters of them standing around talking to each other when they should have been walking around looking for customers that needed help. After I wandered around for a bit I started tracking down people to help me but I shouldn't have to do that. The people I talked to were perfectly nice and helpful once I got their attention but it sure was nice to be in the locations where they approached me. I'm not that young anymore and while I'm sure it's good exercise I'm not crazy about having to walk all over the store to find things when someone could point me in the right direction and save me steps. I priced a few things and ended up spending $2.50.

I walked in had a few question and quickly was disregarded, I looked for other sales associate around but others were no where to be found. So I waited back in the line and once I got to my turn, once again quickly disregarded once I asked. So I walked out of the store. They lack customer service and most of all they we not willing to assist me with what I needed. Home Depot associates need more customer service skills. Rude and very bossy.

In October, I took a week off from the stress of being unemployed and came to visit my parents in the Panhandle. My dad had two elm tree stumps in the backyard he wanted to get rid of. I beat on those stumps for three whole days with a dizzying array of tools. Pickaxes. Axes. Saws. Drill bits. Baseball bats. Cease and decist orders. ICBMs. Hammers. We even broke dad's 40 year old steel bumper jack. That was just on the east stump. We never even got to the west one. And the east one is still very much alive. I just called this Home Depot. They rent chainsaws for $43 a day. Merry Christmas, Dad.
