The evening staff wasn’t so welcoming, but the morning staff more than made up for it. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Easy to access location. Pet friendly hotel but they have no pet area.

The staff and service at this HIE are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the beds are quite comfortable. This will be my preferred hotel whenever we pass through Amarillo going forward.
