Have stayed there three times in less than a year, all three stays have been great.

Not the place to go if you have dog. They have a sign in the lobby that says "we love pets" but they charge a $75 pet cleaning fee so they can't possibly love them that much.Town place suites across the street has a cheaper pet fee, more affordable rooms in general, and is nicer so I would recommend going there instead.
