“The only thing that would make this gym any better is if they dispensed solid gold coins from the paper towel holders. Seriously, though, the gym has wonderful owners, a great general manager (thank you, Susie) and hard-working and friendly staff who keep the rooms and machines clean and well-functioning. If you have to go to the gym (and I guess we all do, especially those of us who like to eat), this is the place to be.”

She has gone above and beyond what I ever expected and we have absolutely LOVED the MDO and summer camp options. I recommend this gym to anyone I know looking for a place to workout.”
“I visit this gym everyday. Very quiet, clean, plus they provide complimentary masks and towels. I enjoy the array of machines available, yet several are closed due to COVID 19. Showers are decent considering age of establishment. They get hot which is all I need. Locker rooms are tidy and lockers are abundant.”

“I love this small gym. But the owner needs to keep the machines in better condition. Loose screws.... wobbly arms on elliptical. Several of us have asked the employee in the morning to get it repaired.... but didn't happen. So a man brought his own tool in this morning and tightened it. You would think the employee would be able to do a simple repair.”
