Amarillo texas station....The only reason i am giving 3 stars is because of staff one individual actually Andrew went above and beyond his job ditties to make sure i was taken care of today. My experience was a disaster delayed bus from colo springs caused me to miss my connected bus to Lubbock this am and now im stuck in Amarillo for the night. But not only did Andrew help get me a reservation and comped room for night but he went out of his way to provide a meal as well as transportation to the motel . thank u again Andrew.

Amarillo morning Jan 2024, a big female employee kept screaming foul language and mean towards the passengers. eye cursed Hera cuz of it made me so angry ???????

The transfer I was supposed to take never showed up and the only employee working refused to help me get a new booking or even figure out a refund. Ended up buying another ticket just so that I could escape

What can I say? Greyhound got me across country...They're awful. Absolutely awful. They were losing luggage, leaving passengers at nearly every stop...remote way out of the way stops....rude bus drivers....stopping only at fast food and "convenience" stores...not convenient for my health and well-being. If you're going to choose to ride them; plan to be miserable. Better than walking 2,882 miles. Not by much.

I will never attempt to travel by bus again God as my witness. Horrible experience. Bus was delayed 2.5 hours, when it arrived it dropped off like 25-30 non-English speaking women/men/children who appeared to be refugees or illegal immigrants. Most were not well/ sick. When the bus was finally ready to board I was notified my ticket I purchased online was for another day and the bus was full and couldn't purchase another one. Pot smoke and cigarettes were going on inside the building ( cause it was cold) and no heat in the terminal also, one portable heater. I have nothing positive to say about my experience.

Customer service is always unpredictable. It seems to vary from station to station.

Darrell: due to winter storm across the nation our bus was cancelled for 24 hours. The manager, Sandy, went above and beyond to get us reissued tickets and get us hotel reservations and transportation. She did not have to do all the things she did for us and with the courtesy and patience to boot! Hands down the best example of damage control experienced from a greyhound employee.

Bus was late. Again. 4 hours late. Overcrowded. Vending machines not working. Cafe closed down. Just going down so badly.
