When calling afterhours, you have to spend 15 minutes answering questions before you can speak with anyone that can answer your question. Slowest, most frustrating system I have ever dealt with.
Time is the most important thing in life. These people will waste yours for you.

I have nothing but good to say about this company. We had a flat tire on our 5th wheel and had to use our spare. We called to see if they had these tires as they are hard to find. They didn't carry this tire but gave us a phone number of another local company that sold Good Year. 3 Hours later we had a complete blow out. (Our tires are less then 1 year old) We now have no spare. We contacted Good Sam and was told they couldn't find a technician and a tire from the same store and we would have to be towed. We were 40 miles west of Amarillo and after sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours we received a message from good sam stating they could not find a tow truck to tow us in. I started calling around and found 1 tire in Amarillo and I called Back this company and explained again my situation and they went beyond the call of duty and went and picked up the tire that I was able to purchase over the phone from another local tire store and drove out 100 miles round trip total and took the blown tire off the rim, took the new tire and put it on the rim. I could not have asked for better service from this company. Thank you Jesse, Shawn and Chad for going the extra mile when a bad day was stowed upon us.

It's not busy today. There's nobody in the Bailey's. So if you have a flat tire then come come come come come here. Then you don't have to wait at the TA truck stop for the love for 4 hours

Called ahead and was booked in as soon as I arrived for inspections which was done in less than no time so overall I wasted no time while being treated with the utmost courtesy. They also do commercial trailer inspection, tires replacement and all that good stuff. Recommended.

Stopped on a Saturday 8/7/21 (0900) morning to get a grease job and a DOT done on trailer. Supposedly they are open from 8 until noon. The guy in there said he was by himself and can’t work on anything. Why even be open then? My company has an account here but that makes no difference. Made a special stop to get work done. Lame.
