Super nice guy named Phil came to our cafe today to begin the process of quotes/updating equipment. He was very kind and courteous, and very much knew what he was doing. It is refreshing to see old school customer service in today's world.

I've done business with Golden Light on multiple occasions both as a private customer that loves cooking and as the employee sent to get missing equipment before corporate inspections. And I've never been let down they are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Great customer service. The two ladies working the front were great! They explained how the process worked and assured me that they were open to anyone, not just restaurants. Super great prices too! Got a set of glasses for $1 each and jiggers for $1-$3, things that online you’d be paying a lot more for! Will definitely go again and recommend.

I work during the week and was happy to see a place was open on Saturdays.Guess what? Despite their door saying open 9am-1pm they were closed. No sign stating why. Guess I won't give them my business

Company is disgusting and rude. I am not racist or anything but it looks like a illegal mexican immigration station. Bought product from this place and everything was broken and dirty. Spent over thousands of dollars. Never Again will I ever go there and That Flora or flower whatever her name is she is rude and a pathetic and Mary dont let me get started. 3 generation company from the reviews back in the early 2000s it looked like a great place but with this new staff it seems it is taking the KFC approach and just selling the name not standing by the product. GARBAGE SERVICE GARBAGE EQUIPMENT

Found some items here that I have been looking for but could never find. This place has everything you need, and its much higher quality than what I have seen in any of the big corporate box stores.
