Went in with questions about our fireplace since this is the only one we have ever had. The gentleman that waited on us was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything to us, and told us what we needed and what we did not need. Awesome experience!

I came here to inquire about wire curtains for the fireplace in the home we moved to in June. The salesperson was very helpful and showed me where to find the information I needed to know in order for them to help with the curtains. They have a good selection of fireplaces, wood stoves, high end grills and patio furniture as well.

In May 2021 I put money down on a wood stove. In August my stove arrived damaged. I waited another 3 months for another wood stove only to have it come in broken as well. I became angry because I left a message concerning the stove. No one called me back. I was angry no one had contacted me and the owner comes up and tells me I need to calm down. Poor choice of words for a man to speak to a women. I told the male chauvinist off, got my money and left. They will not take care of you. If you want to deal with a patriarchal j**** then by all means give them your business. The cost of my project is over $20,000 but hey they do t care!

DO NOT BUY WOOD FROM HERE! We purchased a fireplace here. Great quality! We love our fireplace. The furniture there is a bit expensive but beautiful. I didn't know others had issues with the firewood here until I waited 10 days because supposedly their truck broke down. Winter storm came through after we purchased the wood. We waited 10 days and had to purchase wood from a grocery store when we should've had wood already. Four or 5 days after purchasing, the person that answered told my husband that the delivery guy will show up when he shows up, no one knows when, and that if you don't answer the phone you will get skipped on delivery. Second time I called, they say that their truck broke down but they will try to deliver soon, just can't deliver during the winter storm. Third time I called a week later, they say that we should get it within another day. Three more days pass by, which is 10 days after purchase, the delivery guy shows up when I was actually going to call for a cash refund so I can take my business elsewhere. Delivery guy says he had to use his own truck and make 2 trips. Business owner could've rented a U-Haul truck long before making customers wait 10 days. Poor execution of management for wood delivery. Previously, we were told to use a different company but we didn't because we are loyal customers but after this, we won't be back. DO NOT BUY WOOD FROM HERE!
