I would love to give everything a 5-star rating, but sadly, my nonsmoking room didn't smell that way when I checked in. There wasn't anything that the staff could have done. The sauna was drained, and the spa wasn't operational. The carpet in our room had a very large tear in it, and the pipes in the shower moved when I turned it on and off.The desk manager was fantastic with our later check-in and was very accommodating by giving us information we might need immediately.The room was nice and cold for being in Texas. The indoor pool was nice and warm but very cloudy and burned badly when I got splashed in the face by the water.Overall the staff was amazing, the room was subpar, and the pool was a bit concerning.Rooms: The room was nice and cold for being in Texas, but smelled heavily of cigarette smoke when we got checked in (Growing up in the 90s it is a smell I know far too well.) The carpet had a very large gash in it near the 2nd queen bed. The shower was hot but the pluming was a bit sketchy. The shower head pulled out of the wall when we were trying to adjust the pressure by about an inch.

hotel is full of people that use drugs, staff is super unprofessional, hot tub does not work and the free breakfast taste terrible... no ventilation in the rooms. do not stay here!! if i could give 0 stars i would!!

Wonderful service, rooms are clean, no bed bugs, smells fresh, it looks fancy inside, everything we need is close by like ( groceries, restaurants, shops etc) and the price was reasonable. Thanks ?

Absolutely fantastic motel for the price! The rooms are huge, really clean. Beds are comfortable. Not modern but definitely not dingy or run down. Breakfast was great - eggs, bacon and potato plus cereal and good coffee. Super handy for the interstate but absolutely no road noise. No noise from other guests either, the motel is really quiet. Really enjoyed staying here, would not hesitate to stay again.Rooms: Huge, clean, warm, comfortable

I was a little sketched out with the price because it just seemed too good to be true! But check in was so quick and my room was so clean. Inside is beautiful and I slept so good. There’s a lot of places to eat all within walking distance and I would absolutely stay there many times again if I’m in the area. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I checked out before it started but I’m sure the food was good too!

Rooms very quiet. I did not hear anything from anyone including footsteps . Controlled food for breakfast menu. They had eggs, bacon/sausage, toast, potatoes, cereal, coffee, juice, milk. One serving per person, 1 ticket, 1 serving extra servings $5.00 each. The pool is permanently closed. This past time, after 10 pm, I heard loud construction noises coming through keeping me awake. The lock on back door was fouled up all the screws coming out of it. When tv is powered off, you must manually set it up at tv. All the remote will do is power it on.

I would normally give this place 3.5 to 4 stars overall but the cleanliness and price bumps it to 5 stars for me. Best price for a clean room I’ve seen in years.Rooms: Very Clean

If you're stopping for the night in Amarillo, I'd suggest staying here! Staff was friendly, and the place is clean. No idea why it's a 3 star hotel on line.Walkability: Stayed with 2 elderly handicapped family members, the access to the elevator wasn't terrible, and the rooms were easily navigated.

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed on my way back from Las Vegas, I paid 150-300$ every place I stayed and none were as nice and clean as this place. Anyone on here saying it was bad is just being a "Karen " don't believe thier lies, you will be shocked how nice it is, Jeff P.

Deluxe, clean, and comfortable rooms. Veey friendly and helpful staff. It is wonderful that they offer a complimentary breakfast at this price! Only suggestion would be to include a plant-based option for dairy and food (eg, soy milk, hash brown, Just Egg). And to nix the Styrofoam.It really is a beautiful hotel inside, and the bed was sooo comfortable. I slept so well.Rooms: Comfy, great work desk.

Our room was robbed of $2000. by a NON-employee with master key access.(There was a whole ring of them!!) We weren't the only victims. After it was proven what happened; We did get paid back our money by the motel later the next day.

Don't leave anything of value in your room/unattended, it may just get stolen. However, the homemade breakfast is delicious.

I travel for work and this hotel has been my stop coming from the Midwest back home. Staff have always been great. On my recent trip I had complications and was a little worried about my reservation and when I got to the hotel. Blane Sneed and Kristina Morgan took the time out if their busy night to go beyond and help me. Thank you.Rooms: Nice, roomy, comfortable.Food & drinks: Breakfast is fresh and made by a cook.

The place is very old and the last "remodel" was a joke. They painted doors shut, painted ceilings dark so you can't see anything inside the room, and left trails of paint and texture on the carpets. The exterior decor is like a cheesy strip club with purple lights all around the inside courtyard and outside. The final straw was a drug related shootout in the parking lot precipitated by the new management that that fired all of the good help and hired all of her drug dealing friends. I would not stay here by choice under any circumstances. Your room and belongings are not secure, the master keys unlock the deadbolts and half of the rooms are missing the slide bolt. The staff is all questionable since the change in management. Pay the extra $30 for a reputable hotel chain, there are many to choose from in town.

We spent a night in the hotel from September 8 to September 9 on the name Hellemans. The hotel asked for a deposit with a credit card. I can understand that, but it is only a guarantee! Not even a dollar must be debited! More than 70$ were debited on September 8 and we have not been refunded! We left the room as clean and tidy as it was when we arrived. You have to refund the deposit immediately if you do not want any problem! As a jurist, I will sue you without any problem. If we do not receive the refund within 3 days, the next step will be the formal notice and finally the summons to appear at the trial. I know you often try to swindle your clients this way, but it will not work with me. Little advice: the cheaper way to solve the problem is to pay your debt now ;)
