The manager is awesome! This is my go-to place for practically everything for the household. I've never not found what I needed. They're always well stock and super friendly. I'm disappointed the company felt that it was necessary to open during the coldest temperatures Amarillo has seen in a hundred years. But kudos to the loyal employees who persevered and made sure that those who needed supplies were able to obtain them. ?

I love to go to my family Dollar store. I go visit it and buy things that I need and don't need. So friendly and the manager assistant manager are all good people I would recommend that family Dollar.

Not only did the item I purchased not work whatsoever I came in to return in and get my money back but was refused any service by the employee here on grand she was disrespectful and seemed to have no care whatsoever about my problems, I asked her to call her manager and she continues to refuse this is until I call corporate and then while on the phone with Corporate she tells me that she can only do a exchange, after buying this product and it not working right out of the box why in the hell would I want the same product again? She then gave me attitude and said she just giving me my only option, if you get. Damaged device and return it they try to not return your money but I'm not geyting the same device, Family Dollar tries to take advantage of Customer they treat the customers horrible and they do not care about your concerns avoid Family Dollar shop at other places such as dollar Sherry Dollar General exaggerate for they have better customer service.

They don't sell Iams Cat Food and the place is a mess. Out of Stock on crucial items. When I was a store manager my Store was always stocked before anyone clocked out including myself.
