Was mumbling when I was leaving after shopping at this store. All I asked if the laundry supplies had an coupons & she wanted me to get the most expensive laundry supply. Instead I refused & she was just looking at me like I'm not gonna change my mind.

Went in on Friday the 11 at 1130 the cashier was flat out rude like it was a inconvenience for her to ring me up and when she did as soon as she scanned my 1 item she turn and walked away no thank your or anything i had to get my owe receipt if you dont like your job leave

It's one of the better family Dollar stores to shop at. Only one problem though, there's not a whole lot of product to choose from. Needs more varieties tbh. But that being the only problem gives it my vote of 4 stars.

It's often hot and crowded. With one check stand operating. With products littering the isles making it difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get around.

Due to the incompetent help from behind the counter and the greasy Manager I will not come back into that store which sucks I am in that store at least twice a week but Today was the straw that broke me I have been shopping in that store for the last three years but in these last few months it has went from bad to worse I guess these folks would rather size you up than treat like a customer Oh well it just inconveniences me I will take my money and go elsewhere Hello Walmart or United and I hate to say this but toot and totum Good luck ladies and gentlemen Good luck with your hours or a raise you have served downtown well.

THIS FAMILY DOLLAR IS ON plains blvd @ Georgia Street .THEY HAD A FEW NEW CHECKERS & THEY HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE KNOWING HOW MUCH CHANGE TO GIVE BACK .? ( WASNT A PROBLEM THO ) THEY HAD PLENTY OF PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM & THE WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE & TIMELY . THEY CALLED THE 2ND CHECKER IN A TIMELY MANNER ALSO WHEN THE LINE GOT BUSY ?

I walked in and the lady cashier told me I needed to put my bag behind the counter. I said you mean my purse?? Since when do you walk in a store and have to give someone your purse..very very rude. The lady stereotyped me as soon as I walked in, because I seen another lady with a bigger purse then mine carrying it in store. I guess because I was walking she assumed I was a theif or what I was wearing sweats and a t-shirt..worst customer service ever...yal should be ashamed of yourself when all I was doing was getting dinner for me and my kids..then when I went to PAY FOR MY THINGS I SAID YEA IM GOING TO NEED MY PURSE TO PAY.. REMEMBER YAL TOOK IT!!! NOT SURE OF THE LADYS NAME BUT SHE HAD DARK BROWN SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR. YAL SHOULD REALLY EVALUATE WHO YOU HAVE WORKING FOR YOU..THIS LADY IS THE WORST..AS A MANAGER MYSELF SHE WOULD BE FIRED!!
