I went into Eyeglass World on Saturday. This would have been my 3rd time purchasing glasses from them. No one spoke when we entered or even looked up, for that matter. I understood that they would be busy, so I had my sister help me pick out the perfect frames and waited patiently for an hour for someone to acknowledge me. When one customer left, the employee got up to assist another employee, still not speaking to us. After 15 more minutes of this behavior, we got up and walked out. No one acknowledged us even then. This will be my last trip here.

They helped me find two great pairs of name brand glasses for the price of one for my daughter. They were very helpful shaping my glasses and finding the best pair to fit her face. Also, they told my daughter that she made their day!

Safety glasses- I received my pair in the mail, when I took out my glasses, the lenses were out of the frames. After several attempts of fixing them, I finally gave up. Called the store and talked to the general manager. I explained how I received my glasses. He told me he could mail me another pair. He also told me it would count against me. That was around 7-16-24, it’s been about a month and haven’t heard anything back. I live about an hour and a half. My first time there and maybe my last!!!!

Was greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Got a really good deal on two pair of glasses. Will definitely be back next time.

CLIFF is the most caring, kind, and hard working person I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He truly cares about his customers and does everything he can to make sure they are well taken care of. I would highly recommend Eyeglass World, because if someone as awesome as Cliff works there, I can only imagine how wonderful his coworkers are as well.

Went here for my eyeglasses. They had a great selection here. At the time I called they weren’t doing eye exams which was the only down side. They also repaired my sunglasses which were missing a screw for free. They had excellent customer service and I would recommend them!

My glasses took longer than expected. However, Michael Ricci, the store manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. In consideration of the long wait for supplies, he upgraded my selection and regularly called with updates. My fitting appointment was fast, friendly, and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Michael and his staff and plan to refer family and friends to this store.

Jason helped me out so much, and made sure I had my new glasses before I left town. The staff were all very friendly as well. I really appreciated the speedy service and I will definitely be coming back!

Be careful when paying make sure your only being charged for what you asked for I got charged an extra $50

I went to eyeglass world today and had an AMAZING experience with Sarah. She was patient with me throughout all of my pickiness and helped me pick out two frames. I had to unexpectedly get glasses in which I wasn’t too happy about but she made me feel better. As well as she made sure my glasses were not too thick because I was having a hard time with that as well. Sarah was awesome !
