The manager was rude and very unprofessional. Questioned my duties of my two registered service dogs for a legally Disabled Person and said they was emotional support, I offered to show their cards, she refused and proceeded to kick us out at 7 am and call Amarillo PD when we was paid until 11 am.It clearly states that service dogs do not get charged pet fees. I will not be recommending this hotel. Filing complaints and contacting my attorney.

If you want to spend double and go pay for pretty, have at it. I for one am not about to gripe about the bargain stop I found and waste money elsewhere, so contractors, listen up. First, their staff, they know who they are, were tremendously helpful, to the point I have to call back to inquire an item and with pause they went to go and see if it could e collected. Also, the bed, my goodness, the bed; it was incredible. Don't let the dated sheets fool you, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and the sheets and pillows, very plush. I travel b/w CO and TX all the time and it takes me through Amarillo and I will never again spend the $100 it usually takes to get a great nights sleep. And, they do appear to have a nice outdoor pool but it appeared closed for the season. I'll be trying it out in the summer. Thanks again for the great, and soon to be repeated stay to The Executive Inn and Billie, respectively!

It's not the motel 6, but it is shelter for the night.... In no 1st world would it be considered high class... But you could safely take your children there overnight.... Just use the deadbolt....

Front desk absolutely rude especially kids over a plastic fork that after breakfast they don't give out. Shoot it's not like there paying for it out of there pocket. And on top of that the room smelt like piss. Housekeepers can't clean or make beds for dependancy at all. Service was not even on rate . This is not a we appreciate ur business type to even bother to return make u wana put a beating in front desk just because they rude first, and not even looking at u. Then only thing I suggest is if u feel like going to jail for giving someone else's kid discipline in there adult years this is the top knotch hotel to go to wait for after hours in brkfast.Noteworthy details: The only thing I can say is having to feel like ur are assumed as a criminal while checking

The staff of this hotel seem to be addicted to drugs. They do not act like normal people.

Was here over the weekend. I always check beds before anything, that is the first thing I do. Didn't take but a second to see the mattress infested with bed bugs and stains on the mattress. My fiance went down and told the lady working the desk we wanted a refund because they had bed bugs. She said NO. not possible these are new mattresses. Instead of taking this seriously she just denied what we were saying. After seeing other reviews I came across 2 saying they had bed bugs!!! Why is this hotel not taking this more seriously, money hungry much? they are worried about money over there guests safety and well being. Truly sickening! Lots of people live at this hotel and you can clearly tell are doing drug deals at all hours of the night. Staff is extremely rude!! This hotel is the most uninviting place I've ever been to. It's obviously going to down hill, because I stayed at this hotel before. For a week and although the staff was always rude, my room wasn't dirty and it didn't have bed bugs.

The room was clean but needs some maintenance. Pool was closed. Breakfast was lacking. No milk. Just biscuits and gravy, eggs and waffles. Juice was watery.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants near by.

Great experience for a fabulous price!! Immensely better than other hotels we paid the same price or more for on this trip. A couple minor complaints, but lots of good!Pros:- full kitchenette - full fridge, oven, stove, microwave, sink, little table, etc. (No dishes, but maybe they have some at the front desk?)- very friendly staff that actually seemed happy to be there and help- clean, comfortably decorated rooms- very comfortable matresses and pillows- large closet/storage area- very deep bathtub (great for soaking!)- delicious waffles at breakfastMinor cons:- Very short toilet (didn't affect us but may be an issue for elderly)- water pressure not great (esp bathroom sink)- hair dryer broken, but I heard them pass that on to maintenance as soon as we told them.- not much variety at breakfast and the biscuits and gravy weren't great

Unprofessional and unsafe - wouldn’t refund after having someone try to kick the door in during the middle of the night. DO NOT STAY HERE if they had been helpful maybe it would be different but not a trustworthy place to stay

Great place to stay if you only need one night of rest but I really wouldn't recommend it as a long time kind of stay the staff were really great and kind people but the place in general had its issues the room we got was basically falling apart water was leaking from the ceiling and there was a hole In the ceiling and the ac/heat unit was barely connected to the wall and in the morning when I got up to get breakfast there wasn't much left just a few moldy looking eggs so I would definitely recommend if you need just a one night stay

You get what you pay for. The only thing that really bothered was the rude behavior of the desk attendees, you can talk to them with respect and yet they treat you like some kind of nuisance. I dont quite get it. They refused our request for managements number. And I'm pretty sure they were pocketing the undocumented money they demanded. All in all the rooms were exceptional but the front desk lady I wouldn't want here as my employee not a good look.

Above and beyond our expectations. Four and a half stars. We drove all up and down the frontage roads of Amarillo trying to find a room after midnight on a Saturday night. A very nice lady at the red roof inn pointed us toward the executive inn because it was within our budget. Usually you get what you pay for, but in this case we got a little bit more and it was a pleasant surprise.. It was a very nice comfortable bed, king-size, a quiet and functional air conditioner, a very deep nice bathtub, missing the drain but I was able to make it work to take a relaxing bath. The outer decor was nice, they must’ve been avid gardeners because there were roses and beautiful zinnias and other flowers all around the grounds of the motel, more so than you’d see at any other chain place. This place is privately owned and so we were glad to be able to support them. There was just enough quirk in the motel to keep your attention, funny things that made you chuckle, about the decor or other little details. But all in all I was very happy and my partner too. The only complaint I would have would be the breakfast, it could have been better, there could’ve been more to accompany their beautiful Texas shaped waffle. And they shut the coffee machine off right on the dot, so I was unable to get any coffee. I was really bumming about that. That’s the only unpleasant aftertaste I have about the experience. The coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
