They did such an amazing job on the cups for my wedding so for my sister’s wedding I of course had them at the top of my list. However, the customer service this time fell short and I was extremely disappointed. I am currently stationed in Japan where I am fourteen hours ahead of them so meeting in person was simply not an option (and I explained that as well). I attempted to reach them via their social medias, calling and leaving a message, leaving an email address, and messaging their “text only” number listed on their website. After multiple attempts of trying to reach them, they finally responded saying they’d love to help, but after I explained that I could only coordinate over the phone they never got back to me. They do great work and like I said did amazing with my wedding, but I suppose they only help people if you can physically be there in person. I was excited to gift these to my little sister and support a local Amarillo business.*UPDATED EDIT*After my review the owner, Amy-Beth Morrison, reached out and personally apologized. Definitely the customer service I knew them to have in my past experiences. Somehow I was lost in the mix, which things happen and I understand. She said they would be reviewing the systems they have in place in regards to online/over the phone orders. Like I said in my original post, they do amazing work and I’m pleased that they do in fact prioritize their customers and want to make things right for future experiences.

I have shopped at Et Cetera for years, love the kids section as well as all the unique items! Best place for gift baskets or teachers gifts! Always greeted! Had an issue with a baby shower gift and they were more than happy to fix the issue and take care of it! Go shop here! You won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Et Cetera for years to find my last minute perfect gifts, housewarming presents, wedding gifts, etc. and they never disappoint! There’s always something there to buy no matter the occasion. The staff there is so helpful and always are a joy to see! This is one store that you don’t wanna skip out on ! 1000/10 recommend !

The best place to get the perfect gift for that perfect someone! Ranging from gifts for babies all the way to adults. You always feel welcomed coming in to the store, the girls are so helpful and sweet! Definitely recommend this place when you are shopping local for small and big gifts.

I called Et Cetera as I was in need of a specific item. I spoke with Maggie; she went above and beyond the call of duty. She not only helped me with my purchase, she personally delivered the item to our home. Every time I've been into the store, everyone has been delightful and helpful.
