Just horrible! For the amount of money you spend on everything you would expect the very best and that was not what I got! It my mothers birthday and I cannot be there for her on her special day so I decided to do something special and order from her! And I thought wrong my flowers were a sorry excuse for flowers half of them I threw out because they looked dead! My roses were not bloomed and for saying yall have fresh flowers is a totally scam dont advertise something that yall cannot even compare too!! The strawberries weren't even good they were sour and disappointing.. never again will I order from here I could have got flowers at walmart or United! And made the damn strawberries my self! NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU WILL END UP SPENDING!!

Ordered a chocolate dipped fruit platter bundle for my admin. Platter arrives without the 3 balloons and the grapes barely filled the center some being old and inedible. Called about the balloons was told they were out when they delivered but would bring them by as they picked up some. Delivered a single balloon hours later, no thank you balloons that were supposed to be included. When you order a gift you expect it to be as you paid for, give them a chance to remedy and they still don’t make it right. This is not a cheap gift. Don’t use this place for gifts you will be very disappointed.

My husband ordered and paid to have a gift delivered. The order came late in the evening to our home. He called to let them know they delivered to wrong location, wrong date, and half the order missing.Tasha (manager) was the lady's name who was so rude. They DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! So disappointed in the service. BUYERS BEWARESo expensive for horrible service.

I have now received two edible arrangements in the last year. They are so fresh and delicious. I would like to know their secret in selecting fruit at just the perfect time of ripeness. This is a unique and practical gift for any occasion.

I ordered a gift for my dad for Father's Day. It was delivered on time and was delicious. The coffee cup it came with didn't look like what I'd expect for a Father's Day gift. It was what I consider more of a "girly" cup, as it's a light color and covered with cute pineapples. It's cute nonetheless and I'm happy with them.

It makes me sad when good businesses don’t take good care of their customers. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer, and while in treatment, I craved fruit. I had been given an edible arrangement prior to that and the fruit was awesome. So, all during this period of time, I ordered fruit from there. Never had a problem. Then, today this happened…
For Mother’s Day, my youngest son sent me some chocolate covered strawberries. He did not tell us that something was going to be delivered. As luck would have it, no one was home when they attempted delivery. The owner of the store was delivering and called my husband to tell him they had attempted delivery and we could pick it up if we wanted it. Say what???? So my husband called me and I called the owner back. His tone was extremely rude and I was told they could try to deliver again, but there would be a 15.00 fee. Say what???? I asked him if he had tried to call before they delivered and I was told no. He said he had owned to store for 8 years and they never call on high volume days like Mother’s Day, and the holidays. He said they did not have time to track everyone down…they had 350 orders to deliver.
Well, you will have one less next time, because I have no intention of me or my family spending hard-earned money somewhere that talks so rudely to their customer. He said my husband had been hateful to him. Whatever happened on his conversation with my husband has nothing to do with me. It has been a very bad experience. My advice is not to plan to surprise anyone with an Edible Arrangement. Be sure someone is home so you don’t have to be treated the way I was treated. The fruit isn’t THAT good!

Got a valentines gift for my girlfriend- the strawberries were mushy and not fresh- tried to call to speak with someone so that I can get my money back- got an answering servicw- ended up throwing the gift away $120 down the drain...will never do business with them again.

Really disappointed in the Amarillo locations customer service and delivery. I put my order in 2 days ago and my order still hasn't been delivered and it's past 5pm. I was told it's because they "got a lot of orders today". Not really my issue. While I was told they will "deliver until we're done"...it doesn't really fix the fact that it's my dad's 70th birthday and he still doesn't have the gift we sent him. It should have been dipped fresh and then delivered this afternoon...again, I put the order in at 1:30pm on Sunday, it's now 5:05pm on Tuesday. Plus it's not really "fresh" when you deliver it so late at night that the recipient can't eat it until the next day. What a disappointment. We are military and stationed far away. I was counting on my dad having this so he knew we remembered his birthday and were thinking of him. I'll never use the Amarillo Edible Arrangements again.

I cannot say enough nice things about Edible Arrangments. My sweet Max sent me a bouquet for Mother’s Day and they forgot the cheesecake. I called to ask about it and Shelly (the sweet owner) apologized and promised to deliver it. I got my cheesecake and some extra goodies! I’m so impressed. No one does business like this anymore! Y’all go spend some money at Edible Arrangements, their fruit is amazing. Tell Shelly I sent you!

My friend sent me an arrangement of flowers and strawberries for my birthday. The flowers were wilted and dead, the strawberries looked old, i bit into one and it was slimy, and had the nastiest taste. My poor friend probably paid over $100 for this trash that unfortunately went straight into the trash. I will make sure my family and friends know to NEVER use this company to send me gifts again. Save your money!!

I have order multiple times for them and never once have I been dissatisfied with the arrangement or the customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting fresh amazing fruit set up in fun ways
