I love shopping here. They are always so polite and helpful. I had a return today and Andrea was so very helpful. I was dreading the fight to get it returned and I was pleasantly surprised how easy she made it. Thanks Andrea! Came back for a prom jacket for my son and we found one that looked and fit great. Thanks again forbthe great customer service.

Our local DXL here in Amarillo has such friendly staff! We were concerned that perhaps the store was moving because the main signage was gone. Found out it was because of the terrible winds we'd recently had and they weren't moving. They went on as usual to help us find exactly what we need, correct sizing included. I mention sizing because my husband is losing weight, but the clerk took one look and knew his size. This is what happens when you hire great people! So glad DXL is staying!!!

The sales staff was super helpful and found everything my husband was looking for. She even got a shirt ordered that wasn't in store, and it was delivered not long after. My husband is super happy with all the new shirts he picked up for work, and is looking to return to buy some pants soon.
