I was over charged at store #08372. I guess it was the the manager that I spoke with and she said some of my items must’ve needed a digital coupon, but when I checked my ad not one item needed one. I asked if she would refund my money and redo my items and she said no it’s too much trouble.

NOT THE 1 ON 34TH. I CALLED 5 TIMES HE JEFFREY HUNG UP ON ME & THEN BLOCKED ME. CALLED FROM SEVERAL OTHER NUMBERS AND HE JUST HANG UP ON ME. I THINK BRIAN WAS HIS NAME HE WAS THE ONLY HELPFUL ONE. Dollar General on 3415 Bell St Ste C, Amarillo, TX 79109 on Wednesday evening around 5:30-6:30 p.m. I went and put 31. On my cash app. The elderly lady in front of me needed help so I helped her. I asked the guy Jeffrey if it went through he said yes. Come to find out he never scanned my bar code. The store manager has given me hell & also a lady named Misty who was there when I gave the money. She said it's not in the camera. Only 2 decent employees there. 1 manager was very helpful but the store manager was rude.

The absolute WORST store in amarillo. I bought a space heater and instead of helping the lady was rude and said they hadn't had any returns on this type of heater. I bought it and I live literally 1 minute from the store and when I took it out it was broken so when I called the store and she was hateful and hung up on me when I tried to explain we dint have any heat in our house right now. Awful customer service. Plus they don't even answer the store phone. I've worked for Dollar General before and never treated people as bad as they do. What an awful store and cashier. Definitely do NOT recommend this store AT ALL!

This store does not honor their marked price. That is false advertising. Just went in to buy the large bottle of Lysol lemon-scented disinfectant. Shelf price was 3.00; register price was 3.25. Cashier said she could not fix the register price. So, I declined to deal with deception and bought it for 3.00 at Big Lots.

As with the other dollar generals that I have reviewed this one is a little better as far as customer service is concerned but they are not attentive they are not clean merchandise is all over the place it’s just a mess good prices though that’s why I keep going back.
