I was traveling through Amarillo on my way home to Colorado in a rain storm on a Thursday night when I hit an unmarked median. The impact destroyed my two left tires. On Friday morning my car was towed to the Discount Tire shop at 3433 I-40 West. When I arrived at the store at about 10 a.m. and spoke with the assistant manager, Fabian, I was informed that the tires for my car, a Porsche 911, were not available in Amarillo. They had to be delivered from out of town, delivery could not be arranged for that day, and deliveries are not made on weekends. Fabian conferred with his manager, Luke, and they began a day long search to not only find tires for my car but to have them delivered on Saturday so I would not have to spend the weekend in Amarillo. The two of them worked together until the end of the day and were able to find the tires and arrange for them to be delivered on Saturday morning. They promised me that the car would be ready by 10 a.m.. Of course, I was very happy about that. The next morning at 8:30 Luke called to tell me the car was ready. I was on the road at 9. I am 78 years old and have had hundreds, probably thousands, of transactions with service providers. I can say without qualification that no provider has exceeded Fabian and Luke in the service they provided me. They kept me informed throughout the day as they searched for my tires, they were reassuring, supportive, considerate of my situation, kind, and extremely competent. They made me feel like I was a family member they were looking after. Luke and Fabian turned what had been an unpleasant experience into one in which I experienced the best of human qualities.

I love going here when Tony is there he always gives great customer service, and gives good reasons as of why too change air pressure with the weather. I love to learn, and him telling me makes me know more about my vehicle and to keep it in good condition!

Came to get one replaced and ended up with 4 new tires! Tony was an excellent help and has amazing customer service! He was definitely looking out for mine and my family’s safety today! Thank you Tony!

Excellent customer service always a pleasure doing business at the two stores I have been to. I appreciate that they have a record of my vehicles,and when I wanted custom wheels for my truck they got them in quick!

Had to buy 3 new tires, had one with insurance. David helped me. Didn't get the best tires but next down. New wind shield wipers front and back. New lug nuts, and extras. All That for just over $1,000 for a Jeep.

You know, I am just so greatful for this place. They truly make my heart happy because it extends beyond my car and its tires. I have put a lot of time in here lately into making sure my car is in good running condition and with the help of both Discount Tire along I -40. But the one that Tony and his crew work at are my people. I have been back and forth trying to figure out why my car is shaking and I’ve been in such a panic and worry because I was starting to think I had a major issue. I have been in the Discount Tire on western exit a hand full of times this week because I trust Tony and his opinion and feel like that whole team honestly cares about our issues going on with our cars. And I had anxiety because I thought well they are gonna say or do something to just get me to go away.. NO NOT SO OFTEN WITH THAT FEELING BUT I WAS WRONG!!! They welcome me everytime help me find and solve the problem with they have the means to do so. I am so happy to be y’all’s customer! I wish I could do something to give back. So I tell everyone about you. THIS STORE IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF WHAT ANY BUSINESS SHOULD DO WHEN THEY CLAIM TO TAKE CARE OF THEIRS! Because that’s all I’ve seen from them!! Thank you so much my car is a ok! And running so smooth. I’m not trippin no more that something major is wrong! I love yall and appreciate yall so much! GOD BLESS ALL THE MEN AND THEIR FAMILIES AT DISCOUNT TIRE!

I walked in and waited over a hour when walk ins got seen before me and Delkan the one installing my tire was very rude and not helpful he couldn’t install my tire and I was told this after I bought the tires . I also had to be up for work. Do not come to this location .

Had to get my front tires replaced today, and a back tire fixed due to a nail in the tread. Discount tire is the only place I’ll ever go for any tire related problems. Not only were they extremely kind and willing to work with me but they took the time to explain that you need to rotate your tires every (6000) miles which I did not know and will now prevent from having to buy even more tires in the future. If you need tires, or anything related 100% go to discount tire.
