They treated my dog poorly - left him in a gage for over 5 hours. I kept calling to get an update and they lied multiple times over the phone. I showed up to just get him and all they did in the span of 7 hours was wash my dog. Would not trust this place with your family pet.

Diamond in the Ruff have been wonderful to our two pups. We started taking our PWD as a puppy, and they have always done a wonderful job for her grooming, but also acclimating her to the grooming process when she was young. We then adopted a Doodle, who is skittish and nervous around new people/experiences, and they took their time to help support her in the grooming process. Overall, we felt Diamond in the Ruff and the ladies here truly cared for our pups and we were really sad to be moving out of state, and trying to find a new groomer who can live up to our experiences here.

Worst place in town. Every time I took my dog she would shave him al she would tell me “his hair was matted” I took it to another groomer best decision ever

Awesome job on a very active little Aussie girl. They even sent her home with a Christmas gift bag with a toy and treats! Oh, and a cute Christmas bandana!! ?

We have been using Diamond in the Ruff for two years now, and the ladies there are awesome! Charlie loves going, has never had a bad haircut, and they are always professional and accommodating. Today, they even sent my pup home with a holiday goodie bag. There are tons of groomers in Amarillo… but they are by far the best!

It was our heeler/spaniel first visit here (second time at the groomers) and they did wonderful!! She had a thick coat and I asked them to shave it for the summer and they did just that! She was a little nervous and they worked with her! They also gave me tips and tricks for one of our dogs with hot spots until we can get him in! I will be taking all my pups here!

I am very particular with where I take my GSD and after a few trials runs I was given a recommendation to try this place! I have been satisfied with every single visit since - my girl always comes out happy and fresh! The staff is friendly and I am appreciative of their attentive care!

Have taken several dogs there and they have always done a good job, especially with my older babies. They are caring and my dogs are happy .... and that makes me happy!

You can tell how much the ladies love each animal they groom. They do a great job!
