What’s the point of telling us to get the CVS app “to have prescriptions ready” but EVERY time I place order so early, could be 5-6 hours later and they’ll NEVER have it ready for pick up.

Went in there this afternoon. I have an Aetna OTC card but nothing I got was covered. The cashier said I could go to the pharmacy and get a catalog but the cashier didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Their cooler wasn't stocked, they were out of everything, and it wasn't as clean as Walgreens; plus I can only use my card at CVS which is the highest place in town. I'll get with Aetna and complain to them also. I don't usually complain, ever but I am now

I went to pick up my prescription today. I asked if I could use my goodrx, and the lady in the pharmacy said "well it didn't work last time I tried it." I said "ok could you please try it again?" She responded "no it might mess up my system." The goodrx price was 10 dollars cheaper than what the pharmacy was wanting. I found that completely rude. She could barely speak any English, but she was working the register, which I also found odd. Completely unprofessional. I told them to just cancel it.

Incapable of communicating properly or filling medication consistently. Do not use CVS unless you have no other option.

They never answer their phone and prescriptions take forever to be filled even when they had been sent a day before.

Service at this pharmacy has declined terribly in the past year. Scripts sometimes take days to be filled with no explanation. Scripts are cancelled with no explanation. Phone calls are unanswered after 15 minutes. Text notifications are ambiguous and conflict with what the pharmacy staff communicate. I understand staffing is an issue all over these days, but it's still frustrating.

Not sure if it's all CVS or just dislocation. But this location Definitely sucks for customers needing prescriptions. I can never get My diabetes medicine is always on backorder. And now they don't even have the needle points for the diabetes medicine.

The worst pharmacy service in town. On the refills they get them done 3 weeks before you run out but when sick it takes them 4-6 days to fill the prescription. Totally ridiculous. They also NEVER answer their phone. I’m fed up and will have my physician direct new scripts to another pharmacy.

The worse we have had to deal with the pharmacist Pam is over her head very rude lady. Hung up on me cause she claim I was the first person she had spoken to early in the morning and she was not gonna have me snap at her. When she asked for date of birth the second time I gave it to her slowly I guess that means I was snapping at her. She is totally unprofessional she speaks over you and she will hang up on you. Never again will I call there and I will tell people to go somewhere else.

Made an appointment for vaccines more than 24 hours in advance. Arrived 30 minutes early and found a handwritten sign that said "no vaccines today." I suggest going somewhere else instead of wasting your time at CVS on Washington Street.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has just gone down hill. Pharmacy staff is just rude and don't seem to care. They never answer their phones and IF they ever do answer, they have the worst attitudes with us. The times I've transferred mine and my family's prescriptions to a different pharmacy they act surprised as to why I'm changing. CVS please do better!
