This is an EXCELLENT, WELL ORGANIZED pharmacy. Notice that the bad (rude) reviews are ALL at least thee years old or older! I live in The Greenways and love the convenience of this location. The staff are all very kind and always helpful. I especially love that they will also dispense over the counter meds through the drive through. Many pharmacies aren't courteous and service oriented enough to do that. LOVE CVS AT HILLSIDE AND COULTER!!

Clueless about everything. Totally unwilling to fix their mistakes. Condescending when asked about the errors. The worst store of any kind I’ve ever been to especially considering how often I’m there and how much money I spend there. It’s pure, hot corporate garbage. Sincerely.

Done with CVS... needed help finding an item. Searched for someone and finally found her in the far back corner of the store. Asked her about the item I was looking for and she started telling and pointing where it would be. I had already looked in that area so I asked her to show me. She was obviously put out! She couldn't find it so she went to the office and asked the guy who I guess was hiding in there. In the meantime, several customers waiting at the registers. CVS has been going downhill for awhile! This was the final straw! Walgreens, here I come! Should have gone there in the first place.

The person at the window was rude. Two out of the three prescriptions were ready and instead she insisted we return when the other was ready. It wasn’t u til I pulled up my app I found out that two were ready and had to ask for those. Rxs were sent in yesterday morning and should have been ready in a 24 hr turn around for an antibiotic. And not only was she extremely rude but her attitude and eye rolling was not appreciated.

Had a prescription sent in and was told it would be ready by 3pm. Tried calling several times to make sure it was ready before driving to pick it up, never got anyone to answer the phone. Went the following day to pick up and still wasn't ready.

This pharmacy will text you that your prescription is ready but when you go to get your prescription it isn’t ready. They will tell you give them 5 minutes but be prepared to wait 40.

Employees not wearing masks. Very very unhelpful employees. Was recommend to go to self checkout only to find that it didn’t work. Won’t be going here again.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The kid that helped me said I can't find your husband name and I am new so I can't help you!!! Like kid then ask someone to help you be able to help me. I just left he seemed like he Was not interested in getting the problem resolved either.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. However I'm forced to go to this place due to my company Rx plan. I wouldn't wish the frustration I experience at this business on my worst enemy. The thing is you try to be nice to them and explain what your needs are and they really don't care! Walgreens, I miss you so much!

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. No More! They are rude and slow. I turned in a prescription at 11:30 AM today and was told to call and see if it would be ready this evening. I placed the call at 7:00 PM. I'm not sure when they stop taking calls, but I was on hold for over 15 minutes. The pharmacy is only 2 minutes away so I drove up there. I was 8th in line and it took 25 minutes to get waited on. As I waited in line, the phone was constantly ringing and not a single employee would answer the phone! It's no wonder why I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Guess what? My prescription was not ready. It would be ready momentarily. I asked how long that was. No answer similar to the phone call. I asked for a manager. I was told I could talk to the manager at 9:00 AM tomorrow. I got my prescription. I will talk to the manager tomorrow morning. I will talk to the regional manager after that. I will find another pharmacy after that. This is not the first time for this place. Zero communication between the employees working. Nobody cared.

I was just WOWED!!! We are traveling and i forgot to pack my sons seizure medication. His pediatrician called it in to the CVS closest to where we are staying. I arrive there ,on a national holiday mind you, and i find that the medications is out of stock. Immediate the pharmacy team was on the phone and even though no other CVS had the medication they found it at a United and transferred the script over. As a business owner myself i can tell you this is the type of people you want to hire. Thank you so much! My son absolutely cannot go without his medication.

Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Called and told prescription would be ready in an hour. Then went to dinner. After dinner called and was told would be 2 hours. Ridiculous! Ok time went by. Came to get prescription 20 mins later than they told me it would be ready. Now at drive thru told won't be ready for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours. WHAT????!!!!! Guy said "everyone left me here, I am only one working. Unbelievable!
