This place is complete garbage. In the passed two years everytime I've had to go here the wait is ridiculous. They have what looks like 5 pharmacists in there so I don't understand what takes so long. I went to the doctor this morning at 10, the doctors office told me they would call in my prescription. I went to check at 1 if it was ready yet and they said they had not even received the call. My girlfriend went on her way home from work at 5 to pick up to which they said they hadn't received a call yet when in all actuality it had been called in and they missed the call and didn't check the voicemail in the 7 hours since it was called in. Today I have a upper respiratory infection which I can deal with but what about the patients with terminal illness or constant pain. My father passed away from cancer 5 years ago and this place was still shit back then, we'd have to come back multiple times a day for pain pills and nausea medicine because they weren't ready. This place is one of the few places in the area that's considered in network for BCBS so we're forced here but I would recommend anything over this place and the amount of time it takes for them to output medicine. I don't know if it's a not enough worker promblem, and incompetence problem, management issues or just plain don't care but something needs to be done and those running this pharmacy need to be held accountable because the CVS pharmacy on western is a joke. If I could give 0 stars I would.****edit to the original review. When my girlfriend arrived to pick up, mind you this was 7 hours later, they still hadn't gotten the prescription together. After she sat around waiting 45 minutes they gave it to her. Adding insult to injury the medicine we're basic preboxxed medications that would have taken 5 minutes to put together. It's pretty non consequential now when it's a small viral infection but I can only hope this place gets its shit together before someone in dire need goes through the same that I did today because they may not be as lucky as I am.

By far the worst pharmacy experience everytime I come here. If I could go somewhere else I would but this is the only place closest to my house that accepts my insurance. They employees are always rude , they will roll their eyes in front of you for having questions! not to mention they are too slow even after your prescription has been there for several hours or even a few days. Whoever is managing inside needs to do a better job at delegating when it comes to what each person should be doing

Rude employees!! And they keep shorting my medication. I don't want to have to recount my medicine every time I go. Just today an employee got on to me because I didn't tell him the names of every person I was picking up for all ar once. They are rude everytime I go. If you have to use CVS I suggest the one on hillside, they are super helpful and friendly.

When you finally get service it is ok, but with 4-6 Pharmacy employees behind the counter I think service should be quicker. Especially, when there is a line of people inside the store. I have been in customer service for years and have always been taught that any customer who gets out of their car to come inside the store is more likely to purchase other items, which is better for business. I really think they need to focus on customer service and maybe work faster than the speed of a snail.
