I don’t recommend going here to purchase a phone my ex husband Jan has sent me several pictures of random people especially women in the store as well as trash talk about customers so keep your wife’s and women out of the store unless you want them photographed I tried calling the manager to report this but no one awnsered the phone so 0/10 will provide picture evidence if they contract me because this behavior is disgraceful

Lady was nice I went there looking for a phone case and she said it was to old to try Amazon and didn't even look and I seen 4 of them on display I didn't even tell her I just told her ok I would look on Amazon

Went in to get help and was so rudely answered that I needed to call for the help that she couldn’t do anything about it. There were no customers in the store at all. She had plenty of time to help. I must have interrupted her and the other employees conversation time. ?♀️

Complete let down I walked an hour an half to sign up for service only to have a rep complain about not receiving commission annoyed that I would have to go thru new account sign up and made every excuse for me to go to a different cricket location or just go to Walmart and get service that night. He asked why I needed phone service tonight I could wait till morning an complained about co-worker Marcus. Complete joke

I would do no stars if I could. The ladies in there are extremely rude and act like they don't even want to help. There was no welcome when I walked in the just stared at me. I will definitely not be doing service through here nor will I recommend going there
