Tried to call to get a room ask if any availible. Traveling from Louisville to the Grand Canyon. Left me on hold never answered back. Called again only to be hung up on very bad service not staying here.

This place has a great atmosphere, great service, and all for an astonishingly low price. You walk in and immediately feel like you're in an old English manor, you're treated with the utmost respect, and get into your room quickly. They have a great pool, and a good Continental breakfast.Noteworthy details: Well themed

It was a really good place. The grandkids loved it. It's a good place to bring him to your grandkids with you or your kids with you they enjoyed the swimming pool a whole lot. I think we're going to do it again.

DONT STAY HERE - SO dirty and outdated. The bottom of the dressers and TV stands were rotting, staff covered it up with brown paint. Painted over fire sprinkler. Door barely latched shut, with huge gab at the top - could probably stick a finger through. Window didn’t latch shut, screen was broken like someone took it out (3rd floor room). Black oil dripped on walls, spots and holes everywhere. Ceiling had A LOT of water damage, bulging and peeling paint everywhere. All furniture is mismatched. Bed is HARD. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

We were traveling home and need a place to rest for the night. Convent location and parking had room for our truck and trailer. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was disappointing as our pillows were flat and the stuffing clumped (ended up using rolled towels) the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable and the shower water was lukewarm at best.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you have kids. We checked in at 4:00pm; got a call at 6:30pm that there was complaints of the children running across the floor. They are 2 and 4 and had been in the car for 7 hours. They wouldn’t move us to the first floor so left us no option but to leave the

The room is nice enough, unfortunately someone on my floor has the volume up really loud. I called the front desk to get them to do something about it and I was told that she couldn't do anything about it and she could leave the front desk, but she has plenty of time to be facetiming on her phone. Stay here each annual Colorado trip as a stopover. Disappointing front desk clerk attitude. It's a "don't bother me" that's exuded. Clean room and convenient location.

Beware that this hotel has no security cameras to watch the parking lot. My son and I went here and thought the room was ok with the exception of no working fridge. When we checked out someone smashed my car window and took all our belongings. Front desk said they had no security cameras so we had no idea who did it. They did give us a box to put as a temp window but my son had to clean the glass up in the parking as their staff said no help. Amarillo police do not respond when called upon and make you wait three days for a call back. Not sure if this area is safe and will not be coming back due to the lack of safety precautions for guests.

Loved the rooms but the staff was kind of rude. Tried to throw my 4 yr old sons food away 2 mins after breakfast ended and had an attitude when my 2 yr old son threw up.

Wonderful pool and great rooms. Literally the edge of town but that will change within a few years. Real shame people don't pick up after thier dogs, grounds are mine field but that is not the hotels fault.
