This place is a joke.
1. We ordered a washer and dryer from there, the people that came out to flip the washer door did it wrong and we were out of a washer for several weeks. When we would call to see when someone was coming we were told they would figure out what was going on and get back to us. We didnt ever get a scheduled time. Finally someone came out and said we had to be home for it. The came in and started the dryer and left. The washer was the one broke. We called again and said the guy judt left and it was a couple more weeks before anyone came back to fix our washer.
2. We also had ordered a bed and frame. The delivery date was moved back even though it had been like a two month wait. We were told it would be delivered june 25th and had to be home for delivery. Noone contacted us stating otherwise and noone ever showed up. I called in July and asked what was going on. I was told the date was pushed out to later again, and that it looked like it was going to keep being pushed out so I might as well get a refund or pick a different day. By this point we have been waiting on a bed and frame for months.
3. Regardless of all this I still went in there to get our couch because the store person was nice. Well this time they weren't. There was a dirty diaper stuffed in the feet of one of the massaging chairs. I told my niece to inform the employees and continued looking at couches. The girl with black hair with the bangs approached me and asked if that was my daughter and I said yes. She said there was a diaper and they went accusing me but that maybe it had fallen out of my diaper bag. I didnt even have a diaper bag with me. I told her that was not ours thats why I had my niece tell them it was there. She tried arguing and saying that shes not accusing me but that my baby was the only baby that had been in the store at all that day. 1. It was a diaper and we are using pull ups. 2. We have never had pampers diapers. 3. It was in there when we approached it. She tried to lie and say my daughter was the only baby in there but if thats true that just tells me they dont clean their store. I just told her it wasnt ours. She went to the desk and we could hear them gossiping about it. They would roll their eyes and act rude. Completely different from when I had gone in their with my husband. I went to Athenas Outlet and they found the same couch but for a little more instead of the 3k connes was charging. I was going to pay the more expensive price anyway just because of all the problems at connes, but Athenas priced match. I got the same couch for the same price, and didnt even have to wait for several months or deal with rude employees. Quality zero stars, responsiveness zero stars, customer service zero stars.

Angie who works at Conns in Amarillo tx helped my wife and I is beyond an amazing worker and definitely made sure to explain everything to us and go above and beyond to make sure we understand everything

ZERO stars should be an option. Me and my mom went here to get a DOUBLE oven for her kitchen renovations. We went through measurements, they ordered what we needed. When our appliance arrived, it was a SINGLE oven. We told them it was wrong, they then tried to convince us it was the right one. They proceeded to say if we wanted a different one we needed to pay a 3% restocking fee for the oven that they originally ordered wrong. Oh, this was after they put our initial payment on someone else’s account….which was another nightmare.
Not one apology. No remorse or acknowledgment of their mistake. Complete lack of customer service. When we asked for the manager or corporate office to file a complaint on how rude and unreasonable they were being, we were told they weren’t allowed to give us that information.
Not one person offered us an actual solution asides from charging us more
Please save yourself the headache and go to a place that actually wants to help and listen to the customer
(We have names but we won’t go that far)
