Unbelievable xeric plant selection. Extremely affordable. Only place in the Amarillo metro with unique and endemic native plants. Cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who loves plants.

Hands down the best cactus store in the region. Excellent selection of both cold hardy and tropical cacti. I purchased a claret cup, a horse crippler and an opuntia all three cold hardy and will go in my central Kansas garden!

I made this place my only stop in Amarillo and it did not disappoint. The only reason I did not purchase more was space in my travels home. The selection and variety that they offered Bluey away, even in the winter months. The staff was so helpful and kind and I got the owners who walked me through. Select some nice cacti highly recommended this nursery.

I’m so glad I found Chaparral! This place is amazing! If you can’t grow it Amarillo, they don’t sell it. The succulent varieties are incredible and the bedding plants are all so gorgeous. Quality plants and great people here!

One, if not the BEST greenhouse i've ever had the opportunity to visit, the owners are very knowledgeable and friendly and happily answered my questions. Their choices were a great mix of common and unique, will definitely be visiting again.
