I came here to get some boots for a concert and ended up spending a little over $200. The service I received was atrocious. We had girls glaring at us giving us dirty looks from the counter. Specifically a tall blonde heavyset girl. We had other girls walk passed us shaking their heads and looking us up and down. We had received no help at all, and when we called the manager she didn’t seem to care that she was running such a ghetto establishment. Do not waste your time coming here and getting terrible/mean girl like service instead i would go to boot barn.

The place is huge! I love the smell of leather when you walk in. And there's a lot of everything! The people were nice as well.

Worst customer service in all of Amarillo. Asked for help with boots, and 30 minutes later, nothing. On the way out, the cashier asked if anyone had helped us. We said no, and she said was - oh well. They don't even greet you when you walk in. Never again will we set foot inside this place.

Helpful staff, particularly "Cliff" who assisted us in buying boots. Huge range of hats, shirts, jeans, belts, boots, etc.

Such a disappointment. Service has dropped on last two years. Staff milling about a cussing up a storm while customers needing help. Register called for help but this group too busy playing high school. Time to start over.

Recently stopped at Cavenders to get some boots, and I must say the staff is very knowledgeable. The young lady that helped me out was super friendly and informative. Highly recommended.

Went in to buy my first cowboy hat was greeted and shown to the hat section the gentleman working back there approached me before I even got back there found my hat size showed me a few hats I found one I loved (Stetson Del Norte) he trimmed and shaped it just how I wanted it perfect experience 5 stars all around
