The assistant manager is amazing, always helping, going above and beyond, and is friendly and helpful. They try to give you the best possible deal so you know you are walking out of the door with the best possible deal whether you are buying or pawning items. They are very transparent through the whole process and remind customers of anything they need to do. The manager is always very calm and professional. There is not a better pawn shop to do business with in the state of Texas.
