Truly white-gloved service from start to finish. Great selection of luxurious carpets. They were able to secure our desired carpet within a week and had it installed a few days later after it was delivered. They sent Dick Doyle out ahead of the installer team to review the scope of work. He was extremely professional and friendly, and let us know the installers would be arriving in 30 mins. The team of installers headed by Hayes Sheldon did a phenomenal job, as you will see in the photos, of installing the padding and carpet as well as the Z-bars (at the entry of the door) that we requested. After having such a great experience with them, we would highly recommend Casey Carpet One for your flooring needs.

I had a great experience with Michael and the team at Casey Carpet. He was so helpful through the entire process. Time was critical on my job and he was able to finish my job in a timely fashion. Poor communication with us. We had to call them. Installing was messy with the tile which is expected but we did all the cleanup but Carpet One charged us 50 dollars for the cleanup. When I asked why our sales lady said it was in the contract and that she could have them come back. I won’t use them again.

I had my entire home done in Luxury Vinyl Plank about 8 months ago. There are gaps between the horizontal and vertical sides of multiple planks in every room and hall. Most are small, but it still looks awful.Apparently expansion and contracting are normal with temperature, but I keep my house at 68 in the winter. So I don't know if this was expected. I wished they had warned me before I spent $8,000. Because my entire home is riddled with gaps now.

My husband and I decided on carpet for our living room and researched many companies here in Amarillo. Due to Covid and the supply chain we waited a few months for the carpet because of back orders. Lance was amazing and we appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. The installation was quick and painless and we love our new carpet and the transformation in our living room.
