Great place to be. We got a good appraisal on our vehicle. Not quite sure what we are going to do yet. Not one pushy person in the place. Very clean and quiet. Went in there with some family to look at cars no pressure sales staff. A little low on their trade and appraisals however. No negotiating pricing is new to me as far as the car business. It's a very different experience but it was a good one.b

Jordan/Jordyn...spelling? Was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. Experience was amazing. This is my 4th car from Carmax and refuse to go anywhere else! Keep up the amazing work guys!!!
