“Overall I feel like my car was fixed well. It seemed to be a drawn out process to get to that point. I booked my drop off date 3 weeks in advance, so I expected my car to be seen relatively quickly after I dropped it off. I called a week after I had dropped off and they hadn’t even looked at my car. They knew I was paying out of pocket for a rental, so this was disappointing. I mentioned twice that I would also like to have a chip in my windshield repaired while it was there, and that was forgotten. The only thing my car needed was a new bumper and alignment, it took exactly 3 weeks (after waiting 3 weeks to be scheduled for a drop off date). I do like how they work closely with enterprise and make that part easy! The employees were kind, I just had higher expectations on service and timing.Service: Painting”
“Made an appointment online. Got in twenty minutes later and was out in half an hour. Two rock chips fixed and car vacuumed out. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Insurance covered everything.”

“They did a good job on the Freightliner Cascadia windshield replacement. Leaks around the bottom but does the general job. However, the double sided tape used to put my dash cam back up was total trash. And the tech left a mostly used can of glass cleaner in my cab.”
