This place is woefully disorganized. They appear to have no one really in charge of the office staff or the techs. Everyone answers the phone - or not - and you can never be sure the veterinarian will return your call even though he/she may have told you to call. NOW they've added an online/email consult. If they answer the emails like they do requests for a return call, your pet can be in terrible trouble before (if) you actually get a reply. The waiting room is small and crowded, and the clinic overall just needs some TLC and a few gallons of paint. Parking space is very limited. Prices are about the same as they are everywhere, EXCEPT an unscheduled appointment is a whopping $85! I could almost understand a $10 charge, but this is absolute greed.

The staff was very friendly, and the vet was very patient with my rescue dog that has high anxiety.

Dr McKnight now owns this vet & I thank Jesus for this man he's the greatest vet I've ever met & is the only man who will treat my 3 Basset Hounds and I live in florida ams we travel to Amarillo just to get our vet visitsDo yourself a favor. Our dog had to have small skin tumors removed. They got her taken care of within one day, and made sure we had all the aftercare information before we left. Vet was friendly and didn't scare our very timid pitty. ❤️ The cost of surgery was reasonable and expected.

They were extremely busy, today being 1/2. I brought my little guy in (as a walk-in) and expected a wait. That being said, I was surprised when they saw us rather quickly. Dr. McKnight and staff were all compassionate and kind. My little Harley’s prognosis wasn’t good and hard decisions needed to be made. They were very gentle with him and then with me as I was opening grieving. Their support, compassion and caring of my sweet little guy and me is much appreciated. I would recommend them to care for anyone’s fur baby or in my case, hedgehog. Thank you all.

It is a nice clean place that really cares about my animals. They fought so hard for my dog. Emergencies are welcome, and they put care above everything. They work with you when it comes to money and will tell you the truth, not what will make them money. This is my vet for long as I am here.

Dr. McKnight took care of us with our dog, who ripped his teeth out on a cinder block fence. The surgery was done quickly with no flaws. Customer service is 10/10. If you need anything regarding pets, this is the place to go. He also took care of our cat that had bladder stones. Wouldn't know what we would do without Dr.McKnight.

Dr. McKnight and his staff are AWESOME, last week I had to take my little English Bulldog who has spina bifida for a UTI and they were so gentle collecting her sample and got us taken care of ASAP!!!!

Absolutely love the vet staff, the support staff however needs serious education in customer service techniques. The support staff is in the position to positively influence customer encounters which would have a prolific effect on their customer base if they knew how to interact with pet owners...the people who actually pay for the services. Such a shame to see such talented veterinarians employ people prone to toddler temper tantrums.

Everyone here deeply care for all of the animals that come in. The price is affordable, and my pets are very well taken care of here. We love Dr McKnight.
